Die Gegend von Bungalos ist eine der beliebtesten im Ort. Die Gemeinschaft verfügt über Florida Cottages, die friedlich an der Bucht des Resorts versteckt sind.

Kein Detail wurde verschont! Sie finden Travertinböden, Granitarbeitsplatten, individuelle Schränke, Edelstahlgeräte, 10-Fuß-Decken, Kronenleisten, Wandverkleidungen, verbesserte Waschmaschinen / Trockner und einen zusätzlichen Kühlschrank.

Das geräumige Hauptschlafzimmer mit Bad ist mit einem herrlichen Kingsize-Bett und Möbeln einladend. Das Bad hat zwei Waschbecken und eine begehbare Dusche. Das zweite Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock verfügt über neue Doppelstockbetten. Auf der ersten Ebene befindet sich auch ein Gästebad mit Wannen- / Duschkombination.

Auf der zweiten Ebene finden Sie auch ein Hauptschlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett und Bad mit begehbarer Dusche. Das zweite Schlafzimmer auf dieser Ebene bietet zwei Etagenbetten mit vollem Boden und zwei Einzelbetten. Günstig zwischen diesen beiden Schlafzimmern befindet sich das Den / Media Room mit Sofa, Stühlen, großem Fernseher, DVD-Player, Playstation und Spielen. Ich kann mir nur vorstellen, welche Erinnerungen Ihre Kinder in diesem "Abhängen" schaffen werden.

Zwei unterschiedliche Wohnbereiche machen dieses Haus für Familienurlaube beliebt.

Abends entspannen Sie auf der Veranda, während die Kinder im Garten spielen. Hinweis: Es gibt keinen Grill. Wenn Sie jedoch gerne grillen, können Sie einen tragbaren oder Einweggrill mitbringen.

Dieses Haus beinhaltet auch zwei Golfplätze: 4-Sitzer & 6-Sitzer Golfwagen ohne Aufpreis.

Das Haus ist nur wenige Schritte vom beheizten Pool und dem Putting Green der Nachbarschaft entfernt.

Great stay

This unit was very spacious and well equipped. The couple times we had an issue it was taken care of quickly. The 2 golf carts were great. Good location to get to anywhere in Sandestin. Family was there for a few days so nice to have the extra space.

Just the vacation we hoped for

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience was nothing short of exactly what we needed. Our family of seven (with children ranging from 3 to 18) all had a spot to make their own. The house is so accommodating! There was literally nothing that we had wished were different. Having two large rooms with ensuites was perfect, the upstairs tv nook is where our 9 year olds liked to hang out the most playing video games when we were “home.” Having two golf carts made all the difference, so we could divide and conquer whatever activities the group wanted to do. We opted to eat lunch at home quite a bit, just to reset after being knocked around the waves in the mornings, the home was such a nice little refuge to recharge, refuel and then get back at it. The location was so perfect to us, whether we wanted to head to the warf, the marina, the beach...we were just a few minutes cart ride from whatever we wanted to do. We will definitely be recommending this spot to anyone heading to the Destin area, and we plan to make this an annual trip so long as this home is available.

Missed the mark

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When renting a vacation home for the week, the expectation is that the property will be “move in” ready upon arrival. This property and Beach Blue properties LLC missed the mark on so many levels. Throughout the duration of our stay we dealt with a host of issues including (but not limited to): a shattered beer bottle left in the freezer ice bucket which my children were using before we found out, over cleaner sprayed in the oven but never cleaned out, a broken dishwasher that was “repaired” and then promptly broke again, a flat tire on one of the golf carts (that was inflated only to fall flat again 72 hours later), a broken toilet, no internet service and a smoke alarm beeping throughout a night. The management company did respond in a timely fashion to all of our calls and patched each issue, but the inconveniences continued all week and each time disrupted what we were doing or how we had planned to do something. I understand that these things do come up occasionally (we are homeowners), but when they occur repeatedly throughout the entirety of a stay, you start to realize that this is not the management company you want running your property and that trying to save a buck repeatedly patching problems that need a better long term solution is no way to run a rental property. There are plenty of companies from whom you can rent a place to vacation at Sandestin but 2452 Bungalos is NOT it and neither is Blue Beach Properties.

Everything as Expected and more

Reviewer Comments: Having done numerous rental houses, it's always a concern if the reality will live up to the listing and this place exceeded expectations! This is a very well built house with a great layout, serene backyard/porch and most importantly comfortable beds!! The 4 seater golf cart works like a charm, we did not try the 6 seater since we didn't need it. The pool/putting green are RIGHT there! The pool was heated the first week of our stay but appeared the heat was turned off after Christmas which was a disappointment but there is a large gradual incline/lap pool a mile up the road that is heated year round. It was a quite cove where our kids could safely ride there bikes and play in the street plus a great backyard for digging in the sand and throwing the baseball around. The one time we needed the property manager (our 1.5 yr old managed to lock himself in his room!) she answered immediately and took immediate action. Thankfully he got himself unlocked and they weren't needed but her responsiveness was impressive giving the holidays. Overall the Resort was safe, clean, fun and had some amazing restaurants! We will be returning for sure and hopefully staying here again.

We had a great stay! House was roomy and accommodating. We enjoyed having 2 golf carts to tote us to the beach. The pool was quiet and was a quick walk from our rental. We would definitely stay here again!

Just "OK"

House was as advertised, for the most part. Clean, and rooms were fine. The downstairs room with the bunk beds was coined the "creepy hobbit" room by family because it's big enough for the bed and that's about it, no dresser or tables, just the bed. The kids avoided that room. The biggest downside was a lack of instructions/information about the area/maps, etc. We really had to research to find things, not ever having been there. A welcome book would be helpful, the portal info only goes so far. Renter be advised: trash is put on the curb in a trash bag and picked up daily (thank you neighbor), and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, but nothing else. If you plan on cooking, you will have to buy all spices, oils, salt/pepper, foil, etc. We stayed a week and were left one roll of paper towels, one trash bag, one tiny dish soap, one dishwasher pod, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a miniature box of laundry detergent...for 7 people. We flew in, so had to purchase everything. There are two irons in the downstairs bathroom cabinet, only one worked, and no ironing board in sight. We were there for a wedding and had to iron clothes on the bed. Finally, the living room furniture could stand to be updated, or at least steam cleaned, they're a little worse for wear. The guest bathroom toilet also runs all night and will wake you up in the main bedroom. Overall, it is nice though and the golf carts are a definite nice-to-have. Maybe invest in a few beach chairs for people flying in, who can't transport their own. The community pool is steps away, so that was nice. Unfortunately, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned all week, pretty murky water. One visit we heard a kid tell her mom she had to pee, and her mom told her quietly to "just pee in the pool". Kid went in the pool, we pulled our kids out...and didn't go back. I really, really don't mean to sound like Debbie Downer, just passing on info we found out as we went. We enjoyed the visit to the community, our first time there, and enjoyed the use of your nice home, so thank you very much.

We love how spacious the house is! There were plenty of comfy beds for everyone! The screened in back porch is a great place to relax after a long day on the water. The extra fridge was awesome for 10 adults!

Loved it!

Great location, we had a wonderful stay! The house is gorgeous, and the beds were so comfortable. The beach is about a 5-8 minute ride with the golf carts, and the pool is within walking distance. There is also shopping and dining right outside the gate that you can ride the golf cart to (other than the wharf). It was an amazing amenity to have both golf carts. We loved just riding the golf carts around the beautiful grounds. It was very nice to have the beach chairs and access to the tram if needed. The pool toys are a great touch also! The property manager responded quickly anytime I needed her. There are a few minor things that I could suggest. A pair of scissors and some non breakable dishes would have been helpful for our family. We did have do some minor research to find the way to the beach, the golf cart parking at Baytowne Wharf, and the trash pickup. A welcome packet with this info would be super helpful. Otherwise, the app does have most everything else. It just takes a bit of looking for some of it. I would absolutely love to stay here again. There does seem to be a big price jump for next year, so I’m not sure that will be possible for us. If that changes, we would love to return. (I also didn’t see that property damage insurance is built in and paid extra for it. Good to know if you’re looking at the extra insurance.)

The house was a lot bigger than I thought it fit 12 of us comfortably. The location was amazing short ride on the golf carts to the beach an Baytown wharf as well as Starbucks an stores.
