Diese Eigentumswohnung verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 1/2 Badezimmer mit Etagenbereich. Die Wohnung verfügt über 9 ft. Decken, Kronkorken, alle wichtigen Geräte, Granit. Das große Hauptschlafzimmer blickt auf den Golf und Schiebetüren bieten Zugang zum Gulf View von Patio. Die Master Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein voll ausgestattetes Badezimmer mit Zugang zum Terrassenbalkon. Dieses Condo verfügt auch über einen Etagenbereich mit zwei Etagenbetten. Es gibt auch ein Queen-Schlafsofa, wenn nötig. Die Küche ist komplett mit Geräten aus Edelstahl, Granit und Frühstücksbar ausgestattet.

Die Lage der Waterscape ist ideal! Das Hotel liegt auf der malerischen Insel Oakaloosa von Fort Walton Beach, weniger als 1,6 km von der Innenstadt von Ft. Walton Beach und nur 6 Meilen von der Innenstadt von Destin. Mehrere ausgezeichnete Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Sie können auch zum Strand entlang zum Strand oder zum Pier zum Angeln gehen. Memorial Day-Labor Day genießen Mi Nacht Feuerwerk nur wenige Schritte vom Resort entfernt. Great vacation here!

The location was fantastic! The pools and beach were amazing and just outside the doors - so convenient! My 3 year old granddaughter was with us and it couldn't have been more perfect. Finding a condo with 2 king suites is so hard. The condo had everything we needed. A few things could be upgraded. YES, the beds are really creaky, but comfy. The outdoor furniture could be upgraded but we could see great from the patio, and the beach chairs are old and heavy, so we just didn't use them. The communication with the owner and the housekeeper was THE BEST! My brother and his wife joined us for 2 days and they provided 2 extra arms bands VERY quickly. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall OK

Overall the condo was “fine.” This was our third stay at Waterscape but probably ranked the lowest for us. Overall it was superficially clean, but not deep cleaned. The view was great, location is great. We had a good amount of space for our family. I realize I am a tough critic because I really value cleanliness and I also value things that make it easier for me having young kids. Good things: location view basic pots and pans basic spices washer and dryer enclosed bunk space great communication allowed us early check in which was helpful things that could be improved: drain in master bathtub did not work so we could not use that one -dirty floor/rug in laundry room -dirty cabinets, esp under sink - no dish sponge supplied. most rentals provide a new one - no cleaning supplies supplied. I try to keep the space clean as we go all week and I don’t like buying other people cleaning supplies when I’m really just trying to be a good tenant. I cannot take any of this stuff home given that we air travel - one roll of TP supplied for a week with 5 people - one trash bag supplied - no beach towels. I feel strongly that if you have a beach condo that beach towels should be supplied. For someone traveling by air with a family of 5 I cannot bring beach towels. this was incredibly inconvenient for us. - really no beach toys other than a bucket and a noodle - no plastic plates and cups for kids. overall NOT the most fam friendly set up for young kids

Nice property

This place was a very nice condo to enjoy our mini family vacation! Communication with the owner was prompt and helpful. 2 elevators were down, which did make for very long waits, but we mostly took the stairs. Close to the Ft. Walton airport, and nearby good food options. The partial ocean view was definitely enough to see some sand and plenty of ocean!

The best week!

We had a great week! we brought our children's (3 & 1) for there first family beach trip. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed to entertain them inside and at the beach. It was convenient to everything and a short walk to the beach. We will definitely be coming back.

Great Family Vacation!

We had the best time at Waterscape! There was so much to do and the condo was fully furnished for any cooking/grilling that we did as well. A beach cart, toys, wave board were all provided in the condo, and the condo was extremely clean upon arrival. Super easy to check in and to reserve chairs/umbrella at the beach each day. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Waterscape B410 is FANTASTIC!!!!

We had a fantastic vacation at Fort Walton Beach mostly because of Waterscape B410. We had 8 people ranging in age from 63 years old down to 8 years old and there was something for everyone. Condo is very spacious and clean plus the views. Amazing views of the Gulf and the pools. Our 8 year old and 3 teenage daughters had a blast at the Wednesday night Glow Party and fireworks. Also, no worries on packing sand toys or games, this condo has everything you need and more. Plus the location is close to everything including the Destin Harbor Walk Village. So just pack your clothes and let B410 handle the rest. We will definitely back.

B410 is Perfect!!

We stayed at B410 for a week for a family vacation and had an amazing time and an amazing experience with Stephanie. This is our fourth different room at Waterscape. The pool and beach views from the balcony were much better in person. The rooms were great. There was plenty of square footage, a large closet, a large kitchen table for dining and games, and comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed. We loved the pool, lazy river, gas grill (always clean), and food/drink bar. Parking is EASY, you don't have to mess with the parking garage, you can park on the side of Waterscape right in front of B410. The elevator is 20 yards from your room, don't worry you don't hear any noise. The pool access is just below your room on the 1st floor. The beach was easy to access, and the beach service folks are very friendly and willing to help at no cost. Stephanie supplied beach toys (sand toys, boogie board), a wagon, an umbrella and large comfy beach chairs, which was awesome since we came from Texas. Our family will be coming back next year for our annual beach vacation!

Everything was nice and comfortable in the condo and the facility was fantastic for hosting a family with kids given the amenities onsite and nearby as well as the beach being right there. Other than some very minor wear and tear from being a rental condo this place was in really good condition and met our needs.

Great Condo and Location!

The condo is extremely clean and has a great view of the pools and the ocean. Our boys stayed busy the whole time whether is was at the pools or on the beach. The location seemed to be close to everything. Stephanie was great and very responsive with questions. She also gave great recommendations for local restaurants/foods. We tried most and loved them all. We will be back!

Great for families

Location was great and all the pools/baby pools/lazy river/heated pool were great to have this week. Our condo could have been much cleaner. We were given the wrong color of pool wristbands and security notified us. There was a restroom close to the pool that was out of service all week. The condo layout was perfect for us. The closet was loaded with all the extras that made the beach even more enjoyable!

OK room in a great resort

We’ve stayed at another condo at this same property, so, it’s hard to compare as I evaluate this condo. The good: * Communication with the property manager was excellent * Two en suite bedrooms, bunk beds in a room (with a door!) in the hall * Stocked kitchen allowed us to prepare meals in the unit * Many beach toys and chairs provided for renters’ use. * 4 beach chairs provided by the chair/umbrella service on the beach The bad (or less good): * As others have mentioned, the unit needs a deep cleaning—more than what can be done between check out and check in. * The beds were not, in our opinion, comfortable. The king bed also made a LOT of noise whenever someone rolled over. * some of the listing photos are not entirely accurate. For example, the sofas in the living area are not tan, they are black (and need to be cleaned).

Awesome stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The property owner was quickly responsive and helpful from the time of booking, until the stay. They had tons of extra beach items that is helpful with little kids. Beach wagon, tons of beach toys, extra chairs, umbrella, etc. The location of the property was perfect with a great beach view, but centered between all of the pools. A little challenging at first to figure parking out, but once we did, it was a breeze to get down to the parking garage.
