Gorgeous contemporary three bed lower ground floor garden apartment that can be arranged with nine individual beds, sleeping up to 10. Delight in the cute garden beach hut for your third bedroom! Fantastic location with shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, independent shops, and bus stops, along with the seafront at the end of the road makes this a great city and seaside break.

Contemporary integrated kitchen housing an electric oven and grill, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, Nespresso Coffee Pod machine and Cafetiere.
Living / Dining Area:
Wooden extendable table to dine eight with bench seating and stools.
A grey corner sofa bed can sleep an additional two guests, and there is a single floor mattress to offer further sleeping options upon request. There are two occasional chairs and a 44" wall mounted flat screen TV, making this open plan area a great social space to all come together.
Bedroom 1 (Sleeps 4)
Bright front ensuite bedroom with a super king size zip and link bed that be configured as two singles (request bed arrangement at the time of booking). There is a single day bed with an additional pull-out single bed so that the room can sleep up to four people.

With a zip and link bed which can be set as a king size or two singles (request bed arrangement at the time of booking).

For that special experience you can opt for the caravan style garden beach hut! It's cosy and comforting, with everything you need with hotel touches such as a kettle and drinks station, along with bedroom essentials - wardrobe, mirror, electrics and a luxury treat of underfloor heating.

Such a treat to have a decent outside space in the city. A wonderful retreat and social space for those fair weather days. The garden is home to the third double bedroom, and has some deckchairs to sit back and relax. On the patio is a BBQ area, table, chairs and umbrella.
