Summary:
This beautiful apartment has 24 hour security, parking and 3 pools all within the complex. It is located in the heart of Puerto Banus with supermarkets, a pharmacy, bank, deli, shops and fine restaurants directly underneath the apartment.
The Space:
The air conditioned apartment is finished to a high standard in a contemporary style, benefiting from a fully equipped modern kitchen with a spacious open plan living and dining area. Located just 10 minutes walk to Puerto Banus. The neutral tones in both bedrooms create a calm atmosphere with an elegant and luxurious feel. Bedroom one boasts a beautiful king size bed and bedroom two has two single beds. The en suite to the master bedroom and the large family bathroom both contain a bath / shower, toilet, sink and bidet. If there are 6 people who want to stay in the apartment, the sofa in the lounge acts as a pull out double bed - which can sleep 2 people. The large windows and doors have shutters to control the natural light which can be opened and closed at your leisure. The secure south east facing terrace includes a dining and sunbathing area.
Kitchen:Fully equipped kitchen includes cooker, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, kettle and toaster.
Lounge:Spacious lounge with TV, DVD, stereo and 2 separate sofas (1 sofa double bed). The dining area has a table which seats six.
Linen and towels provided.
Mid stay cleans can be arranged.

Please note we use a guest app service, which will email you automatically asking you to sign our house rules as soon as you make a booking with us. 14 days before your booking, you will get a text & email prompting you to click on the link, which takes you to the mobile responsive website which has a map of where you are staying, directions to and from airport, train station etc . 48 hours before your stay you'll get another text & email which will tell you that your arrival details have been released which has all the access information to get into the property that you have booked for your stay. We will provide an emergency telephone number for emergencies during your stay. Please note we do not have a concierge service on site, so we can't store luggage in advance of your check in or after you have vacated the property. Please note we can't hold tickets to football games/theatre shows for guests.
Guest access
This apartment is situated in a gated complex with a 24 hour security guard. When arriving at the development the main entrance is situated on the road called Calle Las Ventas which is up the steep hill on the right hand side. The security guard will ask you what property, you must say Portal 12 1A and he will then buzz you. Walk through the gates and the security guard station will be in front of you, bare left and follow the walkway path all the way round to the end, walk down the driveway all the way to the bottom, there will be a gate in front of you to the pool and stairs on the right hand side, take the stairs and the apartment will be directly infront of you Portal 12 1A. The Key Safe at the property is next to the font door with keys for access into the property and also a fob for the gate which provides access to the car park directly under the apartment. A code for the Key Safe will be to the given to the guest 24 hours prior to arrival. The keys must be put back in the key safe on departure of the apartment.
The neighbourhood
The complex has secure underground parking, 3 pools including a kids pool and a heated pool as well as 24 hour security. The apartment complex facilities include magnificent gardens which lead to the swimming pools, seating area, sun beds, toilets and showers.

The apartment is situated at the mouth of ‘Golf Valley’ with some of the best golf courses such as; Los Naranjos, La Quinta, Las Brisas, Aloha & Dame de Noche Golf Courses within a 10 minute drive.
How to get from Malaga Airport to La Maestranza:
By Bus from Malaga Airport:
There is a bus that goes from Malaga Airport to Marbella Bus Station. In winter it runs every 2 hours and in summer every hour. Costs about 4.10€ pp. From the bus station you then need to take a taxi for 10 minutes to the apartment which costs around 15€uros.
By Taxi from Malaga Airport:
Outside arrivals in Malaga there is a taxi rank. You can get a taxi and it will cost minimum 100€uros. If you are going to get a taxi, we personally would recommend a private transfer instead where prices are set beforehand and I can arrange.
Car Hire from Malaga Airport:
Personally, if you are able to drive, we always recommend hiring a Car from Malaga Airport, Simply because sometimes it’s cheaper than taxis each way. Also it gives you the freedom to run around and explore the area. I can provide a car rental company that are very reasonable.
