The fully equipped Ashley Ann kitchen comprises an induction hob and double electric oven and dining table and flat screen TV with Freeview. The welcoming, snug sitting room has a wood-burning stove and flatscreen Smart TV with Freesat and also a DVD player. The ground floor has underfloor heating throughout and Fired Earth limestone flags. There is a utility room with washing machine and clothes drying rack. Upstairs, we have created one luxury bedroom with ensuite shower room, separate full size dressing room with lots of storage, full length mirror and dressing table. There is also a designer bathroom with double ended bath and views over the garden and the Sound of Sleat.

Our Croft cottage has a mixture of contemporary and antique furniture, one king-size bed and bespoke fabrics and finishes. The cottage boasts a fully equipped ‘Ashley Ann’ luxury fitted kitchen made here in Scotland, underfloor heating, ‘Fired Earth’ limestone flooring throughout the ground floor, an induction hob, double electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and wood burning stove.
The Cúil is a newly built, contemporary, luxurious one bedroom studio apartment. Inside, the open plan studio comprises one king-size bed, a seating / dining space, a compact kitchen with fridge, microwave and two burner induction hob and a luxurious shower room with main pressure rain shower and Fired Earth limestone floor. The Cúil also benefits from an elevated private decking area with breath-taking views. The large sliding patio doors flood the studio with light and the views can be enjoyed from the comfort of the king-size bed.
The Croft and The Cúil are two individual luxury spaces on the beautiful Sleat peninsula of Skye overlooking The Sound of Sleat. Sleat is known as ‘The Garden of Skye’. The views from both properties are breath-taking.
