The apartment has a subway parking space with direct elevator access. The property includes the following facilities:
> Kitchen: modern kitchen with everything you need for your stay, including an italian style coffee maker and a capsule coffee machine, kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.
> Living and dining room: spacious and elegant area with a Smart TV and contemporary furniture, as well as a comfortable sofa. In addition, a beautiful table to share the most delicious meals.
> Master bedroom: comfortable double bed, storage space and exit to the outside.
> Bedroom: with a 90cm single bed and a 90 cm trundle bed.
> Bathroom: complete with bathtub, bidet and shower.
> When leaving the living room, you will find a beautiful exterior space equipped with outdoor furniture to relax in the mornings and afternoons.

A security deposit of €500 needs to be delivered by 3 days before your arrival, this one will be given back 3 days after departure.
*We will be waiting for you to give you the keys. Check-in is available from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. After 9 pm there’s an additional charge of 40€ until 11 pm, and 60€ until 00hs. Outside these hours, please ask us for availability and rates. Please let us know your arrival time 24 hours in advance to make sure that someone will be waiting for you and you can enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour later than the scheduled time, there will be a surcharge of €25.
*Sheets and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if more are needed they will have an additional cost. We do not provide towels for the beach.
*Transfer from and to the airport available, check availability and costs.
*We do not accept groups of teenagers or unaccompanied underage guests. Minimun age to book must be 25 yo.
*The community pools are scheduled to open from June 15 to September 15. However, please note that due to the drought, the pool opening dates may be affected.
*Your stay with us includes one basic cleaning. In case the apartment is too dirty after your deapartur, there will be a surcharge of €24.20 per hour.
It is located in Rio Verde and within walking distance to stores, restaurants and bars. Puerto Banus Beach is only a 5 minute drive away and there are golf courses and a sports center nearby.
Excellent dining options, such as Mosh Fun Kitchen, Nomad and Mogli, and several supermarkets nearby, including Mercadona and SuperCor, the latter open from 7 AM to 1 AM.
On Saturdays there is a local open-air market just 5 minutes away where you can find clothes, some food and flowers.
