With phenomenal natural lighting provided by the floor to ceiling windows found throughout the property, an abundance of outdoor living spaces, and only 5 minutes to the beach by foot, this home truly represents the quintessential Algarvean lifestyle.

As you enter this newly built 3-bedroom apartment you’re greeted by an open and airy living-and dining area which offers it’s tenants tastefully chosen furniture and exquisite interior design- All complemented by an exceptional sea view.
The living- and dining area gives way to the large southeast-facing terrace which is fully furnished for both dining and leisure, making it the perfect spot for al fresco meals or to simply enjoy the nurturing sun in one of the sunbeds.

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes a large center island with a breakfast bar, a wine cooler, and high-end appliances which of all are electric.
Imagine being able to savour the incredible sunrises, sunsets, and next level views from the comfort of your own living room, expansive private balcony, or even whilst cooking!
However, if you for some reason get tired of looking at the Atlanctic Ocean, you also have a 70-inch Smart-TV with streaming services available to you in the living room.

One of the 3 bedrooms is en-suite whilst the 2 addditional bedrooms has bathrooms located just outside its doors for easy access. These bathrooms features walk-in showers and rain shower heads.
The bedrooms are very spacious with plenty of storage areas and their own southeast-facing terrace, also with sea view.
Here you can have your morning coffee and croissant in peace whilst preparing for the day ahead!

You also have access to elevators that goes down to the communal pool with a belonging pool deck and sun loungers, also included in the rental price.

Guest Access:
The apartment is located within a condominium with a shared entrance.
During your stay you will have full access to the accommodation and all its facilities. No one will enter the apartment without your knowledge.

Its great to take walks or bike rides in the region to fully get a grasp of the beauty it hold, but we strongly recommend you to rent a car.

The only thing you need is a code provided by us after the reservation is concluded.

Portugal is peaceful. You see the solitude and peace of the Ocean and countryside and of many territories like Algarve, Alentejo, Sintra, Douro, Geres and many many other beautiful regions.
The main thing about Portugal is that there is no need to constantly fill your life with something, there is no want to feel the “buzz” around you. It is a country for peace, for quietness and reflection, and this is translated into the wines, food, coffee breaks, hikings, natural adventures, stunnig views that take your breath away and SO MUCH MORE. In Algarve for example nothing is rushed, everything takes its time. There is time to breath and its natural! People have time to seek, to experiment, to enjoy.

What is especially nice about travelling in Algarve region is that all the crowds you usually encounter in other regions in Europe are abscent and this is worth GOLD! At least for now, while Portugal is still a relatively under the radar country. Many europeans haven´t really discovered Portugal - yet.
In the summer it is lovely, hot and dry and a recommendable time to visit all the hundreds of beaches. But if you want energize yourself for seeing wide parts of the country aim for all months except June, July and August. Aim for the sweet spot between April and June, or join in on the festivities of the harvest and green Algarve in October to March.
In autumn and winter, there can be a bit of rain, and then the Algarve looks like " swedish green summer" The landscape gets so much character and charm. There is a big upside though to winter traveling through Algarve and other parts of Portugal. You will most probably be the only foreigner around. Somewhat of a dream if you ask us.
