Located near the Giardini Naxos motorway exit, it allows you to easily reach every destination: Taormina, Etna, Alcantara Gorges, Syracuse, etc. At about 700 meters the beach and numerous restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
Space
The furniture has been renovated in its entirety and the property renovated. The large kitchen-dining room is equipped with dishes, cutlery and anything else necessary for a comfortable stay. Guests can use a dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer and iron. Towels and sheets will be distributed free of charge upon arrival. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, desk and large flat screen TV (50"). In the basement there is a garage for the exclusive use of the property and which can be reached via an independent internal staircase. Public parking spaces are also available outside.
Guest access
The accommodation has a garage for car parking, to be requested in advance of the arrival date. Access to the garage is limited to cars only with the exclusion of vans or minibuses or other vehicles higher than m. 190.
