A rural, quite remote 200-year-old barn conversion, on a family farm with sheep, chickens and due to the age of the barn, is susceptible to spiders. Enjoy stunning views from the outdoor seating area, or whilst soaking in the hot tub. The bright open-plan living area offers comfy sofas, TV with Sky and a small dining table. The stylish kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to enjoy a self-catering holiday in this stunning location. There is also a convenient walk-in shower room and toilet on the ground floor. Ascending the staircase to the first floor, you will find a well-appointed bedroom featuring a kingsize bed, chest of drawers, TV and original feature beamed ceilings, with Velux windows. The barn sits within the farm grounds and family home.
The Barn has an in-built sprinkler system, so open flames and smoking is not permitted. There is Wi-Fi at the property. But we encourage our guests to embrace the rural setting and be offline to fully relax.

Bala is a great town for walker; paths include heritage and town trails and a walk around the lake. The world-famous railway can be joined in the local town of Corwen, where you can enjoy a steam train ride into Llangollen, home of the annual International Musical Eisteddford, and scenic canals. Betws-y-Coed, the ‘Gateway to Snowdonia’, and the vibrant city of Chester are both within easy reach.
