Our house has been fully renovated in 2021 keeping much of its original character, situated well in the heart of Mykonos Town but in a neighborhood largely unaffected by the nightlife noise!!!
Our family home was built by my grandfather in the late 60s, an authentic Mykonian architect jewel!!!
It has been fully renovated in 2021, keeping much of its original character. You will benefit from its truly clear and positive energy, appreciate its ultra anatomic mattresses and pillows!!! It is situated in the heart of Mykonos town but in a neighborhood largely unaffected by the nightlife noise, a very important criterion for houses in the centre, suitable for couples and families.
THE BOUGAINVILLEA GRANDE TOWNHOUSE COMBINES 2 INDIVIDUAL PROPERTIES IN THE SAME BUILDING.
A. BOUGAINVILLEA TOWNHOUSE
This bright, spacious (110sq.m) and heartwarming apartment has been our family island home. Fully renovated in 2021, we have tried to keep it real, the way local houses look like, neither too white nor too minimal, with lots of personal objects inside.
We have also worked a lot to create a truly clear and positive energy in the house, and we are sure you will sense it and benefit from it.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed (1.66×2.10), with an ultra anatomic mattress (memory foam, 28cm height), which makes sleep an incredible experience.
The second bedroom has a double bed (1.40×1.90), with a high-quality anatomic bed mattress (24cm height). The living room is equipped with a brand new double sofa bed. Sleeping pillows in both beds and sofa beds are anatomic hypo allergic from natural aloe-vera based materials will greatly please your neck and spine. We have put more than enough attention to the quality of the mattress and pillows because we understand the importance of a good rest during our own vacation. In the bedroom, there is a spacious closet, part of which quests can use for storage.
Master bedroom and sitting room have access to a long traditional Mykonian balcony with a Mykonos old town view.
We have a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area, with an ever so sweet light around noon, where you can enjoy your meals.
B. BOUGAINVILLEA HOLIDAY HOME
Boasting Myconian views from it's roof top terrace, the two levels Bougainvillea Holiday Home (65 sq. m) features air-conditioned accommodation. This luxury property features one bedroom with queen size bed (1.66×2.10), ultra anatomic mattress (memory foam, 28cm height) and en-suite bathroom, a comfy living room with sofa bed, an additional area ie loft with a single bed, an amazing rooftop terrace and a fully equipped kitchen. Elegantly decorated with well-chosen furnishings, the spacious, light-coloured Bougainvillea Holiday Home features access to famous Matoyiannia!!
The location of the home is a true advantage that allows you to enjoy your holiday at the heart of the town. During davtime vou can start vour walk at the stores of the main market at Matoyiannia while later you can experience the numerous nightlife options of the town. Nearby there are all kinds of shops, BAKERY NEXT DOOR, restaurants, cafes, super market, and everything you might need during your vacation.
Chora is a traditional village with a cosmopolitan character that impresses all visitors. In the narrow cobblestone paths you will find many shops and boutiques, as and small shops selling local products.
When the night falls Chora becomes an endless party where everyone revels until the next morning. Mykonos island belongs to the complex of Cyclades and is one of the jewels of Aegean. It is located between Naxos and Tinos, while there are daily excursion boats leaving for the island in antiquity, Delos. Mykonos is one of the first islands that developed in tourism and attracted tourists from all over the world. This island is the queen of fun.
Here, holidays means partying, an endless party that starts when visitors arrive at the port and ends when they leave Mykonos. Apart from entertainment, Mykonos offers calmness to whoever wants it.
