KITCHEN AREA
The property boasts a very big open-plan living room/kitchen. The kitchen comes fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, grill, hob and washing machine.  You will also find a kettle and toaster.

We provide a full array of utensils, dinner sets and cutlery in the draws, as well as bin liners and cleaning products - should you need them, under the sink.

LIVING ROOM AREA
The living room area has a dining area and chairs for eating meals and playing board games.

The lounge area has a sofa bed and a 50 inch Smart TV.  The Smart TV boasts all the Freeview channels, plus complimentary Netflix, Amazon Prime as well as apps such as YouTube, BBC I Player, All4 and the ITV Hub.

BATHROOM
There is a bathroom located off the hallway as soon as you enter on the left hand side - containing an in-bath shower and toilet, and we provide complimentary shower gel, shampoo and conditioner – as well as towels and bath-mats.  Please be sure to use the bath mat outside the bath to avoid slipping.
 
STORAGE CUPBOARDS
Please note there is one storage cupboard in the hallway –it may be locked by a code which can be provided in the event where access is needed for replenishment.
Here you will find a Mop, Vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board for your use, once used please put them back as you found them. Thanks.

There is also the boiler/water tank located in here – you are advised not to touch the control of this unless you receive specific instruction to do so.

BEDROOM 1.
The bedroom nearest the living room sleeps two and contains a king bed and wardrobe for clothes storage. 

MASTER BEDROOM
The master king bedroom sleeps two and has wardrobes as well as an en-suite bathroom.  A hairdryer is provided in the drawer and an iron and ironing board can be found in the storage cupboard in the Hallway.

The en-suite bathroom has a shower cubical and a bath, and comes with complimentary towels, as well as shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.  Please be careful when exiting the shower and use the bath mat provided.

HEATING
The apartment is fully equipped with Heating, each room has a electric wall mounted electric heater, very simple to use.
In addition the apartment has a heated water tank to give you hot water.
