Good but some issues
We came to Kefalonia for a 2 family vacation with a total of 12 people. The identical villas next to each other and the room/bed layout with pools seemed perfect. The price was reasonable and location was very good near the beach, bakery, market and restaurants. 30min to 1 hour drive from most all island sights. Overall, the properties were as advertised but there were a few significant issues.
The pool at Villa Eri has been recently painted blue and you could not swim without getting blue paint on your body or suit essentially rendering the pool unusable. The Villa Georgia pool did not have this problem.
Villa Georgia had a toilet malfunction where you could only get the toilet to refill after flushing by taking the lid off and manually filling the tank. This was reported twice during our stay but not repaired.
The Villa Eri AC units for the living room and master bedroom did not work well leaving those areas perpetually warm. On our last night the power for Villa Eri completely shut off causing the villa to get so hot our friends slept in their car to cool down. The power had not been restored as of our 10am check out time. The Villa Georgia AC units worked well.
