Pass the 'Day's Away' at this stunning family friendly holiday home, situated close to Weymouth harbour and beach, yet tucked away in a quiet residential area with open garden views. The house benefits from driveway parking, along with three generous bedrooms and three bathrooms making it an ideal base for spending quality time with family and friends.
Take time to relax and unwind at 'Day's Away', this new build house has been finished to an impeccable standard with a brand new fitted kitchen, all new bathrooms and freshly fitted carpets throughout. The entrance hall is welcoming, leading you into the open plan kitchen which is flooded with natural light from large glass doors overlooking the garden. The kitchen is contemporary and well equipped, with everything you need for an enjoyable stay including a Quooker hot tap, integrated fridge, integrated freezer, a washing machine, dishwasher and electric hob and oven. Also in the kitchen is a large dining table with bench seating, which makes the space sociable and great for entertaining. Just off the kitchen is a large living room, benefitting from comfortable recliner seating and a smart TV. Just through the large patio doors is a paved, enclosed garden with planters, a seating area and a BBQ. Also on the ground floor is a playroom come office, with a comfortable sofa bed to sleep two. This room also has access to a bathroom just across the hallway complete with a walk in shower.
Up to the first floor is the master bedroom, with pitched ceiling and feature window overlooking the garden below and over to Weymouth in the distance. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and King size bed. There are a further two bedrooms on this floor; a King size and a twin along with a family bathroom.
The property is tucked in a quiet cul-de-sac, away from the hustle and bustle of Weymouth town centre but still within walking distance (20 mins) or driving (5 mins). There is parking for two cars and children of all ages are welcome.
Please take care in the garden as the garden is in tiers and has steps down to the bottom.

Follow Abbotsbury Road all the way to the end, eventually you'll go past the cemetry on your right and you'll reach a junction with the 'Admiral Hardy' pub on your left. Turn right at this junction and then first right into 'Quibo Lane'. Drive up Quibo lane, and you'll see the tarmaced driveway on your right which leads to 3 houses (look for the blue sign). Turn right into this driveway and follow it around to the left, past the 2 houses until you reach 'Day's Away' at the end of the driveway. You can park on car on the driveway in front of the house, and another in front of the garage.
