Wonderful apartment, colorful, modern and cozy at the same time, completely refurbished and located in one of the best areas of Lloret de Mar, Fenals and close to shops, restaurants, cafeterias, supermarkets… just 550 meters far from its beautiful beaches and coves in Costa Brava.

Apartment Stephane is available for 6 people and disposes of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, dinning room, balcony and communal swimming pool.

Perfect for families, groups of friends who want to enjoy sun, the beach and diferent activities of the area. Fenals is like an oasis in the town of Lloret de Mar but with all its benefits.

People on the property:
· The house is rented complete for the exclusive use of the guests.
· The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property data, including adults and children.
· The property can only accommodate the number of people in the reservation and there can be no more people staying / visiting the property at the same time.

Check in:
· The minimum age to reserve and check-in is 18 years old.
· It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. Other documents will not be accepted.

Late arrival option from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.: Price €50 per reservation (payment on arrival)
Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00: Price €100 per reservation (payment on arrival)
· Option outside check-in hours with a safety box in the office at no cost.

·No show on the day of check-in, no refund of the reservation is made.

·Payment of the mandatory tourist tax: Price €1 per night/person +16 years and maximum payment for 7 nights.

Cleaning:
. The house must be properly collected, the dishes clean and the rubbish deposited in the containers on the street before check-out, otherwise, a fee of €100 will be charged from the guarantee deposit.

IMPORTANT:
In properties that accept pets, pet owners must make sure to pick up litter and clean up urine. Otherwise, an extra cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.

Beach towels are not provided.

Keys:
· Loss of property keys: Price €100 per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.
· Forgotten keys inside the property or inside the main door lock and need to be opened by a locksmith: rate according to locksmith, to be paid on site to the technician

Reglas:
· Guests agree to respect the rules of the property and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.

· Parties or celebrations are not allowed on the property.
· Pets Allowed.

· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.
