The Sharing Co - Ribera de Curtidores building has an ideal location for lovers of history and tradition as it is located in the heart of Madrid, an area of great interest for its extensive history and streets full of traditions and identity of the city.
Calle Ribera Curtidores is known for being the main street of the Rastro, the most famous open-air market in the capital of Spain that is held every Sunday and holidays. In the Rastro you can find many curious objects, furniture, vintage items and even collectibles, almost impossible to find in the usual stores. You will be staying in the middle of the history and identity culture of the people of Madrid.
But that's not all, the Centro district is the oldest and most historic district of the city so it houses the main sites of interest of the city such as Plaza España, the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Almudena Cathedral and many more. You will stay in a typical area of Madrid where each of its streets tells a story that envelops you and makes you fall in love. It has a wide cultural and gastronomic offer.

For stays of 28 days or longer, please note the following information:
1. You will need to sign a rental agreement.
2. Utilities such as electricity, water or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 100 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once bills are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
3. You will be charged an additional administrative service fee of 90 EUR.
4. Please note that every Sunday from 9:00 to 15:00 the street in front is closed to make room for the flea market: El Rastro.

The property has an electronic lock so you can enter at any time without additional charge.
