The best place to stay on Kauai!

Loved the kitchen, the views, the proximity to the beach the restaurants the shopping the coastal path the farmers market the day trips to north shore and south shore.Kapaa! Lae Nani is the place to be!

Beautiful view

Condo was well stocked, had everything you would need if you wanted to cook. Gorgeous views of the ocean. Condo seemed well maintained and kept updated. There is ac but not central ac. A unit for bedroom and one for the living room which worked pretty well at keeping bedroom cool.

Exceeded Expectations!

The online description at VRBO (as wonderful as it is) did not do justice to the location, venue, and unit. This was the delight of our entire visit to Kauai. The unit was lovely, with perfect access to the grounds and the ocean too. I'd choose it again in a heartbeat!

Great stay!

The condo was perfect for our stay! The unit was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The location on the property grounds was fantastic. Loved waking up to the sound of the ocean waves and that view every morning! Location on the east side made for easy travel north or south. Excellent communication with the owner prior to our visit. The view! The view! The view!

Absolutely stay here if you can. The unit is even better than it looks in the photos. And the units in building 5 are the best in the complex - uninterrupted view of the beautifully maintained grounds and the crashing waves just beyond that. The kitchen is fully stocked and the bed is really comfortable. The A/C works great in both the bedroom and the front rooms. You will be walking distance to the Coconut Marketplace which has good food options and touristy shops but we did have a rental car for grocery shopping and exploring the island. As for swimming, the property does have a protected "kiddie" area and a beach with a sand entry. You won't need water shoes but if you go in you should be comfortable with riding out the big swells that break continuously on the rest of the beach. One of the best VRBO units we've stayed in and we travel to Hawaii every year.

Perfect Vacation

We totally enjoyed our recent stay at this condo. The view from the lanai and living room/kitchen was just fantastic. The grounds of Lae Nani Condos are impeccable and gorgeous - the landscaping, flowers, plants and palm trees - it feels like a perfect oasis! The vicinity to the Coconut Marketplace adds to the whole experience. You can conveniently walk to restaurants, coffee shop, grocery store. Don't miss the farmer's markets Tuesdays & Thursdays for your fresh produce! Communication with the owner was prompt and helpful and we felt taken care of all the way. Will be back!

Absolutely perfect!

Thanks so much for hosting us. The condo is amazing -- being able to look out the back door and see the ocean so close was such a treat. The unit is so nice inside, I'm not sure the pictures do it justice. We were so comfortable there we did not want to leave. We have stayed at Lae Nani many times, dating back to the early 2000s, and I think this is the best unit we have had. Everything feels like home, and it's clear the hosts want you to enjoy yourself. We will definitely book this one again. Mahalo!

Just what we needed

The condo what exactly as advertised and provided the ideal atmosphere to celebrate my 60th birthday. A peaceful two-week respite from our busy lives. Watching the sun rise, swimming in the ocean or salt water pool (both were the perfect temperature), shopping at the Coconut Market nearby, eating on the covered lanai ... oh, how we miss Kauai.

The View!

We had a wonderful stay in 512. Building 5 is so peaceful and in our opinion has the best view. To be able to walk right out our door to the beach was great. The condo was spotless and everything we needed had been supplied. Will definitely return!

Beautiful location

This property was exactly what we were hoping for. The condo itself was clean and well cared for. The bed was comfortable, and having A/C in both the bedroom and living room is a big plus. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. There was a great supply of beach gear in the lanai closet. The downstairs location and view can't be beat. The location of this condo has to be one of the best on the property. Overall we were very satisfied and I can tell the owners take great care of the property and want their guests to have a good stay. Will be back and will look for this condo again.

Kauai Perfection

We had never travelled to Kauai and were advised this was a great area to stay in order to easily explore the entire island. This unit is perfect in every way. Great location, great unit and we loved the lanai. So much so, we ate takeout almost every night of our week there to take advantage of the view on the lanai. The complex is very well kept and the unit has the best view of all the buildings. Communication was great start to finish. Wow! Thanks

This condo was one of the nicer ones we have stayed in with updated flooring and appliances--very clean. Loved being able to sit on the lanai and see and hear the waves. Property is very well-maintained. Correspondence with the owner was great! Wonderful stay--highly recommend.

Beautiful views, perfect location, comfortable and well appointed condo. The ground floor location allowed us to go in and out with ease and was very convenient to the rest of the property. The condo was well equipped and perfect for 2, and accommodated our larger family well for entertaining. Loved it!

The perfect experience!

We’ve stayed at Lae Nani in the past, in a variety of units, but this is our new “go to” home away from home. We loved the accessibility of this well-appointed, first floor unit. In the past we’ve chosen higher floors, but having the ability to walk out our lanai onto the grounds - with convenient keys on wrist straps for the sliding door, gave another aspect of accessibility. The furnishings are comfortable and well-kept, and the king bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen was better appointed than most units we’ve visited - literally everything you could want. Similarly the beach supplies in the outdoor closet were abundant. As always, the Lae Nani location in such a central part of the east side of the island makes it easy to travel anywhere, to north or south. And there are quite a few great restaurants within walking distance, The single most “stand out” quality of this unit is the high caliber of owner and management company communication and responsiveness. Both Mike (owner) and Cindy (property manager) are gracious, quick to respond at ANY time of day, and welcoming. We will definitely visit again!

Beautiful condo, perfect location!

We can't thank the owners enough for affording us such a relaxing vacation thanks to this units amenities and breathtaking ocean views from the calming lanai. We spent many mornings with a cup of coffee on the lanai just listening to the waves while lost in thought. We hope to stay in this unit in the future.
