Pillow Partners is proud to present, Sutton House. This three-bedroom house, has recently been refurnished and offers the perfect base for families visiting or people travelling to the area for work.
Within reach of Robin Hood Country and Sherwood Forest, Sutton House is surrounded by History and Nature. Robin Hood base of Sherwood Forest itself is close by. Trials such as Skegby Trail, Brierly Forest, Kings Mill Reservoir and Treversal Trail are all nearby.
Travelling for Work or just stopping off? The M1 is close by for a convienient and comfortable work trip. The City of Nottingham is also close by offering recreation and work. Also very close to the East Midlands Designer Outlet! Perfect for a little shopping trip!
Sutton House has three comfortable bedrooms; compromising of 2 twins and a single room
The Lounge is equipped with a sofa bed, allowing to property to sleep a further 1 person.
The house has two reception rooms, and a family bathroom.
There is a fully equipped kitchen for your use.
Self check in / contactless
Lovely neighbourhood, with all types of shops within walking distance including a Large Asda supermarket.
PLEASE NOTE -There is No TV or license at the premise. However streaming services are allowed if you have your own licence and devices
Please note the property is non-smoking. If you fail to adhere to any house rules, your deposit will not be returned and additional charges may apply. Partying and excessive noise is not permitted in this development, failure to comply will lead to a fine. Any Damage should be reported immediately and an appropriate charge will apply.
Due to being in a residential area, noise to be kept to a minimum between the hours of 9pm and 9am.
Fire/gas Safety
In the event of a fire please leave the building immediately and call 999.
Please note no candles or naked flames are permitted in the property. Any damage or injury caused as a result of such items will be the responsibility of the lead booking name and any damages to the property will be chargeable.
Whenever you leave the property please ensure that the cooker and lights are switched off.
Electrical items that are brought into the property, are the responsibility of the lead booking name. Any damage or injury caused as a result of these items will be the responsibility of the lead booking name and any damages to the property will be chargeable.
We also have a policy against the use of EV Car charging from the property, due to the fire risk, which would void the insurance.
Safety and security
This house is fully non-smoking. Please do not light candles or any other items that may cause a fire. When leaving please ensure that all windows and doors are securely locked.
Ensure you do not lose your keys or lock them in the apartment as this may require a locksmith to attend which will be chargeable.
Vacating the apartment
Please ensure you return the keys to the box and not through the letter box as our cleaning team will require access.
We ask that you vacate by 10am as the cleaner will arrive then to get the apartment ready for the next guest. A surcharge of £20 will be taken from the deposit for unauthorised late checkouts. If you require a late check out please enquire if this is possible before arrival.
Please leave the house as clean and tidy as possible. Including emptying any perishables into the outside bins.
