The apartment is located in one of the best city areas, Nuevos Ministerios. Located in Tetuán, a multicultural and versatile district that manages to perfectly represent the essence of Madrid. In this area, you will be able to enjoy from museums, historical centers to typical bars and restaurants.
In addition, the area has a unique spirit, asymmetrical, but at the same time magical, every corner tells a new story so that during your walks you will see typical houses that represent past times, and a few steps away you will find modern skyscrapers.
Go shopping in Calle de Orense or Calle Bravo de Murillo, enjoy a delicious meal in the hundreds of restaurants, have a drink in one of the typical bars, and visit the spectacular Picasso Tower in the financial district AZCA are just some of the plans you can enjoy.

The property is perfectly located, 4 minutes walk from the metro station Estrecho Line 1 that connects to the main points of the city and other strategic metro lines in nearby stations. For stays of 28 days or more, please note the following information:

1. You must sign a temporary rental agreement.
2. Utilities such as electricity, water or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 150 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once bills are available. Internet is free of charge for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
3. You will have to assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 150 EUR.
