Modern Apartment in Lingotto area

A spacious apartment on the 5th floor in a historical building with lift. Recently renovated and nicely furnished in partnership with Nest.city, it is located a few steps from Lingotto Fiere and the main Hospital Pole of Turin, and has access through a balcony, like many of the historic houses of Turin. The atmosphere that you breathe is fresh and relaxing: in the living room, furnished with sofa bed and dining table, you will also find the fully equipped kitchen, featuring a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and all the basics for cooking (crockery and cutlery). The bedroom is bright and is furnished with a double bed, a comfortable wardrobe with three doors and a chest of drawers. From this room you will also have access to a balcony with a view. The bathroom is equipped with a shower.

The apartment is an ideal accommodation for families or small groups traveling by car, thanks to the possibility of free parking in the area, and is also located a short distance from the metro station, which allows to easily reach the Porta Nuova station, the city center and the main tourist attractions in a few minutes.
The area, very commercial, is characterized by the Lingotto Center, just opposite the apartment, which offers shops, bars, restaurants and cinemas. Also not to be missed is a visit to Eataly, with its numerous restaurants and its culinary specialties.
