Welcoming open-space in urban chic style, tastefully furnished, located in a historical building recently renovated, a few steps away from Teatro Massimo and the archeological museum Salinas.

This wonderful open-space with city view is very bright and characterised by a particular attention to details. Stepping inside, guests will find a well-equipped kitchenette, fitted with a microwave and a coffee machine, and a dining table just in front of it. They will also enjoy a relaxing area with a single sofa bed and a balcony furnished with a small table and chairs. On the right, there is the sleeping area with a queen-sized bed, where a small staircase leads to a mezzanine floor with a desk and a chair bed. This is the perfect place to study, work or read a book.

Available to guests there is also a comfortable bathroom, finely decorated and provided with shower. Free Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning and heating complete the property.

Palermo is a vibrant and ever-changing city. Its historic center pulses with life day and night and is the subject of an urban redevelopment project. It is possible to hear noises due to the presence of construction sites, but also of clubs and meeting spots for tourists and residents.

The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parking and enjoying the old town on foot.

Palermo, one of the most beautiful cities of art in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers plenty of wonderful Unesco heritage sites that can be visited in the four historic districts of the city. In this regard, tourists can take part in the "Baroque itinerary of Palermo' to visit the main monuments of the city, such as the Church of the Holy Savior, the Church of Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception. The city also offers the opportunity to participate in the "Tour of the Historical Markets of Palermo' which will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo. It doesn’t matter if it’s lunch or snack time, it is strictly required to taste the dishes with your hands only! This tour will also give tourists the opportunity to admire prominent buildings, streets and squares.

At 2 minutes walking distance from the apartment there is the bus stop in Via Cavour, from where guests can reach both the airport and the central station.
