Nicely decorated with contemporary High-End Furniture from ''Ligne Roset'', the apartment of 120 m2 has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and oven for your comfortable stay. The living area offers a huge sofa, TV, and sound system. The apartment can fit 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, a king-size bed, and its own balcony with a traditional Prague courtyard view. The second and third bedroom is equipped with double bed. One bathroom equips a shower, the second one offers a bath. There is also a hall with a picture gallery and a sofa for relaxation.
This apartment is in the perfect location for your stay in Prague! The flat is a 1 min walk to the tram ''Ujezd'' where there is a famous Petrin hill with a small copy of the Eiffel tower. The district, where the apartment is, is called Lesser Town and is full of amazing local shops, supermarkets, pubs, cafes & restaurants. There is also a direct connection to Prague Castle Complex, Wenceslas Square, and the Old Town area.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a historical building. There is a lift, stairs are available too. You will find traditional Prague-style architecture with large doors and historical finishes in the building. The apartment does not have its own parking space but it is possible to park the car in the street (a fee may apply). There are also several secured underground garages located near the apartment which cost around 20 EUR per 24 hours.
Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned after every stay. This cleaning includes the elimination of germs causing many common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedure. Your safety during your stay is our priority!

1) Each guest must do an online check-in (without the mandatory registration, it is not possible to be accommodated according to Czech law).
2) City tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night.
3) A deposit of 350 EUR is required for online registration as a security measure against potential damages. After each guest's departure, an inventory check is conducted to assess the condition of all items in the apartment. If no damages or missing items are found, the deposit will be released within 7 days of departure. Please note that the exact timing of the refund depends on your bank's processing times and policies.
4) Check-in: starts at 16:00. Kindly share your arrival time. Early check-in is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
5) The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. The keys are located in the city center, with 24/7 access. All needed instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in.
6) Personal check-in (we will meet you at the address) could also be requested as an extra service. The fee is as follows: 16:00 - 21:00 = 20 EUR / 21:00 - 23:00 = 30 EUR / 00:00 - 00:01 = 50 EUR. The fee is paid in cash during check-in. If you request a personal check-in, please inform us as soon as possible (at the latest, 1 day before arrival) so we can arrange everything accordingly.
7) Check-out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
8) Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere in the apartment. The penalty is up to the full amount of the deposit.
9) Pets are allowed only under previous consultation. An extra fee applies.
10) No parties allowed. Don't disturb other residents.
11) Respect Czech law and its quiet hours. Keep the noise down between 22:00 PM and 08:00 AM.
12) The primary communication is via the platform you used for booking.
13) Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition when checking out. An extra charge applies if excessive cleaning is needed.
14) Follow the trash disposal instructions and other instructions on how to use the apartment's appliances.
15) Take care of your keys. If you lose the keys, call the given emergency number. Everything related to the key issues will be at your expense.
