The LIDI DI COMACCHIO are seven tourist-seaside resorts that are part of the district of the municipality of Comacchio, in the province of Ferrara, for years considered the most beautiful 25 km of coastline rich in history and charm of the Emilia-Romagna ADRIATIC COAST. This is demonstrated by the fact that more and more families of Italians but also of foreigners decide to spend their holidays and summer holidays in this area and many, fascinated by the unique landscape, the favorable climate and the tranquility that reigns here, decide to return every year to discover new and unexpected beauties each time, such as the Comacchio salt pans, the Pomposa abbey and the valleys with their ecosystem, flora and fauna so unique that they have been awarded a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1998.

Among these, the LIDO DI POMPOSA is certainly the flagship, a place where all services are easily reachable on foot in a few minutes, giving the tourist the opportunity to set aside the car to enjoy the beauty of the landscape, where the beaches are rigorously clean and tidy and comfortable on the shore, where the modern bathing establishments are also equipped for the youngest guests, giving parents the opportunity to enjoy the beach life in relaxation, in which to stroll in the evening between an aperitif and a peek at the shops in the utmost safety and carefree. In short, here relaxation is the watchword!

The VITTORIA apartment is located on the first floor, without lift, of a pleasant small building of only two floors, surrounded by a fenced and particularly well-kept common garden. It is located in correspondence with the cycle-pedestrian path that leads on one side to San Giuseppe, the reference village of the Lido, only 1 km away, on the other to the service center of Lido di Pomposa and to the equipped beach.
In the center, Viale Mare Adriatico, which in the evening from 20:00 becomes a pedestrian area excluded from traffic, there are bars and cafes, well-stocked supermarkets, clothing stores and bazaars, the pharmacy and the summer medical center, hairdressers and beauty salons, pizzerias takeaway and piadinerie for a quick lunch, restaurants offering both traditional Emilia-Romagna dishes and new proposals based on the daily catch.
On the seafront you will also find bathing establishments, equipped to make everyone's stay, from the youngest to the oldest guest, relaxing and carefree.
In short, any service can be easily reached on foot in a few moments!
THERE IS NO PRIVATE PARKING SPACE but it is possible to park the car in the condominium parking lot, if available, or in the immediately surrounding areas.

The VITTORIA apartment is ideal for a family of 6, since there are two spacious bedrooms: one double (2 beds) and the other family with a double bed and an added bunk bed (4 beds).
Internally this apartment is very spacious, bright and fresh, you will immediately feel at home, only more relaxed!
The furniture is sober and functional.
Upon entering the house you will be welcomed by the living area, which overlooks the balcony and consists of a linear kitchen equipped with an electric induction hob, oven, microwave oven, fridge with freezer and washing machine; you will then find a hallway that leads to the sleeping area and to the bathroom, complete with shower.

To guarantee you a relaxing and safe stay, we inform you that we have equipped all the mattresses and pillows with white sanitized cotton linen and, above it, with disposable linen in soft non-woven fabric, over which you will have to lay out your own.

CHECK-IN: from 15:00 to 18:30.
CHECK OUT: from 9:00 to 10:00.

The price DOES NOT INCLUDE THE TOURIST TAX, to be paid exclusively in cash at the time of check-in, equal to € 0.30 PER PERSON PER NIGHT, up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights. Children under the age of 12 are excluded from payment.

At the time of CHECK-IN a security deposit of € 200.00 is required to be paid exclusively in cash, which will be returned to you, net of damages, at the time of CHECK-OUT.

FINAL CLEANING: it is the responsibility of the tenant and IS MANDATORY at the time of returning the apartment on the morning of departure. It includes: the tidying up of the house, its perfect cleaning which includes the removal of any rest of food, the elimination of waste, the cleaning of used cutlery and dishes, kitchen utensils. If this cleaning is not carried out correctly or is carried out in part, a penalty of € 150.00 will be applied.
We rent exclusively to adults: minors are admitted only if accompanied by parents or by adults with written proxy signed by their parents, also attaching their identity document.

Pets are allowed, subject to authorization and with an additional cleaning cost of € 50.00 to be paid in cash and on site at the time of check-in.
