This stunning 2-bedroom apartment is situated in the heart of Exmouth, just a short 2-minute stroll from the town centre and 5 minutes from the beachfront. Ideal for families and friends, the apartment boasts a host of excellent amenities for guests to enjoy. The property benefits from a private entrance and is spread across two floors. The first floor features a lounge and a fully equipped kitchen dining area, while the second floor houses the bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 is furnished with a king-sized bed, while Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, and all bed linen and towels are provided. Guests can relax in the lounge area, which is equipped with a Smart TV, and enjoy free Wi-Fi access throughout the apartment.

Should you wish to explore the nearby city of Exeter, the train station is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

Please note that there isn't any parking with this property.

For larger groups, the Strand House, which can accommodate up to 10 guests, is also available to book on the same account. Both apartments can be opened up with a communal hallway in between for convenience.

There is a £100 damage deposit collected on the pre check in form prior to your arrival.

Please be advised that our office closes at 9pm, so any check-ins after this time will not be attended to until 9am the following morning.

Our Cancellation policy is 3 days before check-in is fully refundable, anytime after the 3 days before is non-refundable.
