A first floor flat, located in a large Georgian building. Heading through the main door you will be greeted by a flight of stairs to your left. Once on the first story you will be heading left into Flat No.3.

Through the large opening door you will be greeted by a corridor, leading off in three directions. Directly ahead is a brand new kitchen with all appliances, cooking equipment and utensils you will require.

To your left, again, a brand-new renovated bathroom with a separate toilet. Shower, bath and wash basin.

Heading to your right the space will open up into a very large living room, occupying a corner sofa-bed, with a smart TV and views of the gorgeous magnolia tree.

Heading through the living room into the secondary corridor, this will lead to two large bedrooms, both very modern with super comfy mattresses & pillows, with bedside drawers, clothing rails, dressing table and working space.

Located in Clifton Village, less than 200m from Clifton Down Train Station & Whiteladies road. Close to all attractions and restaurants you will require.
