PINETA - PINETA MARE

Pineta is a terraced house with an exclusive garden, located in the center, facing the Pineta di Ponente and a stone's throw from the sea.
The neighborhood is full of services of all kinds: you will find food shops, fruit and vegetables, bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and much more.
The street where it is located is parallel to the Italia seafront, a long pedestrian street, so the sea can be reached in a minute. Here you can choose between free beaches or beach establishments.
From the pedestrian promenade you can also easily reach the central Via Roma, the shopping street.
The excellent location will give you the opportunity to enjoy a relaxing holiday, surrounded by every comfort.
Located on the ground floor, Pineta Mare welcomes you in a bright living room with a practical kitchenette and a comfortable double sofa bed. There is a double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
The garden, shared with the other apartment of the structure, offers an enchanting outdoor space, where you can relax and enjoy meals outdoors.
Upstairs you will find the Pineta Sole apartment, creating an ideal situation for larger groups or families wishing to holiday together.
Pineta Mare is an excellent starting point to spend your holidays in Follonica and discover the beauties of our town.
