The house is sea-front, with direct sea-view from the living room and bedroom.
It is inside a complex of maisonettes, built in Cycladic style, with a private beach.
Enjoy greek summer like being in the islands but in a much affordable scenario!

The two sofas in the living room, turn into 2 single beds, which accommodate two more guests. Just push the sofa ends on the left and right of each sofa first towards inside, until they click, and then outside down.
There are extra sheets, towels etc in the bedroom closet.

On the right, open the blue shutters to reach the beautiful sea - view veranda.


Sea-View House with private beach in Sounio offers a fully equipped unit with panoramic views over the Saronic Gulf, the mountain and the garden. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. The Temple of Poseidon is 1.9 mi away.

The complex of the houses is named under "Panormos" and has a very nice garden and beach that belongs to the complex. The house is very close to Lavrio city that contains Super markets , hospitals, pharmacies, restaurants, cafes , malls and everything else one might need.

Our guests will have access to the whole of the house.

COMPLEX ENTRANCE

After parking, you walk a few meters straight, and turn right on the small stone path, as shown in the picture.
Go straight a few meters following the stone path.
The house entrance is the third door on your left, with blue colors, as shown in the picture. Take the steps up on your left, to reach the house door.

Certainly, the major reason for visiting Cape Sounio is to explore the 444BC Temple of Poseidon, Sounio’s crowning gem, with its soaring columns and a startlingly spanning vista from where one’s gaze dives dizzyingly down to the sea. The temple is designed according to Sacred Geometry and mystics say it is positioned exactly under four stars that are the “portals of the Universe.” It comes as no surprise its ambiance is mesmerising, which is why visionaries such as Lord Byron, who carved his name on one of the temple’s doorposts, found so much inspiration here.

Only around 50 minutes drive from Athens during a traffic-free hour, Sounio, at Attika’s southernmost tip, makes for a perfect day trip. You can easily head there in the morning to enjoy a swim, lunch, a coffee, a sunset clamber up to the stunning Temple of Poseidon and then return to Athens, or you can find your holiday nest and spend a few days to weeks without ever growing bored. Together with neighbouring Lavrio (just eight kilometres distance from Sounio), there are plenty of things to see and do in this verdant area with crystal clear waters, a special energy, and excellent food.

The airport is just 15' away making this property ideal to reach from any country you might travel from . Also acropolis and Athens city centre is about 35' distance for you to visit the great Athens historic places without having to leave in the actual city centre and all its fuzz.
