Nice and cosy attic studio

We enjoyed our stay in London and in Acton. The flat is exactly like on the pictures. It's nice, tidy, clean, fully equiped. A few material details to be repaired. We felt very nice in this cosy attic studio. The Acton Town underground being on Piccadilly Line makes it easy to go anywhere. Another facility for us was the Morrisson's supermarket 3 minutes walking, open till 22pm. * Mind if you're very tall, the beads are vicious! :)

Nice spacious newly fitted out space

This is a really nice studio flat - brand new carpet and fittings. Quality writing desk and chest of drawers. Good hot shower. Nice dining set for two. Kitchen well fitted out. We couldn’t figure out how to turn the extra bed back into a settee - would have been nice to find it in settee form, as there were only two of us. A couple of small details in the flat need sorting as well. But overall, it’s lovely - very well fitted out with new appliances and we especially appreciated the new carpet up to the flat itself. Those nice touches make all the difference. The on street parking is a huge plus and this is a nice area. I’d recommend this studio flat as a good place to stay!

Not a great 1st impression of London!!

Property payment was made a month prior to arrival, yet info on access was sent 2 days before arrival. Very dirty rugs on the 3 flights of stairs, poor lighting, shoes and bicycles left on landings, caused me to fall. Temperatures of 32 C. and the a.c. didn't work. Food left in fridge and portions of shampoo and body wash from previous gets.

Gut: Sauberkeit und Ausstattung
Pros: * Easy access to public transportation. Bus stop at the front door and 11 min walk to Acton Town Underground; direct access to Piccadilly line to all major attractions and airport. Centrally located. * There’s a Westfield mall on West end of Uxbridge road which you can take the bus directly there * great restaurants and Morrison grocery store within walking distance * kitchen has almost all the amenities you need for making a simple meal, except that it is missing a knife to cut and skin peeler * bed and sofa bed are comfortable. Linens were provided to make your own sofa bed. Most places where I’ve stayed will have the sofa bed ready for us, here I have to do it myself. Hence didn’t earn full stars * Netflix entertainment was big for my kids, no issues with the channel. Cons: * i’m not sure if this is the first time the host is letting (hosting) his flat. Only way to contact host is calling the number listed on Expedia or VRBO. I couldn’t message or email via the travel apps. Good thing host uses WhatsApp and was able to get a hold of him. It will be great if host can contact their future guests in advance with proper contact source * it rained one night within our stay and there was a roof leaked through the kitchen vent. A different host managing the flat arranged for repair the next day * the flat is located on the 3rd floor. No lift access and narrow staircase. Not suitable for visitors with large luggages or needs wheelchairs access
