A new, intimate complex located 4 minutes walk from the beach. It is situated between Sveti Vlas and Sunny Beach. It offers a free seasonal outdoor pool and free parking. Right next to it there is a spa center, a large market, restaurants and smaller shops. The center of Sveti Vlas is less than 1 km spacerry. The complex is new, situated in a quiet area, with lots of greenery, space and beautiful views.

The apartment is prepared for a comfortable rest for 2 people. It has a comfortable double bed, air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. There is also a small dining table next to the fully equipped kitchenette. In the kitchenette there is, of course, a hob, high fridge and microwave. Clothes can be stored in a spacious wardrobe. The balcony is comfortable with outdoor furniture and the sea on the horizon. The elegant bathroom has a shower.
