Villa Luxoria Ema

Thisbeautiful poolside villa in Čabrunići is a gorgeous, traditional Istrian stone house built on a 1622 sqm property. Named after all the luxury it offers, it is surrounded by a green, Mediterranean garden and completely protected from the surroundings. The villa boasts an outdoor terrace with a lovely swimming pool in the center. The 200 sqm house is built on two levels and can accommodate 10 guests in four spacious and light bedrooms. For additional privacy and comfort, every bedroom has its own bathroom, so you can forget about the crowd in the morning. The villa’s interior was designed as traditional as its exterior, so you will feel at home if you love the hardwood floors, floral patterns and a spacious kitchen. As traditional as it is, the house has the most contemporary appliances in the kitchen and the living room to make your stay here as relaxed as possible. We recommend trying out the barbecue, traditional Croatian dinner and later enjoy the superb Istrian wine by the pool.

Čabrunići is a small village and it belongs to the municipality of Svetvinčenat, situated in central Istria and only 24 kilometers from Rovinj. It has around 150 inhabitants who mostly work in agriculture, especially winemaking and olive-growing. The village remains one of the best-preserved ones in Istria, so most of the houses are built in traditional Istrian stone architecture.
