This newly refurbished apartment is on a tree-lined road in a prime Maida Vale location, close to the many amenities of West London including picturesque Little Venice.
It is situated on the upper ground floor of an elegant Victorian converted house in one of the most sought-after roads in the area. There is a small flight of stone steps leading up to the communal front door.
Inside it feels light and spacious with full-height doors from both the living area and the bedroom leading onto the balcony overlooking the garden below.
Warwick Avenue and Maida Vale underground stations are a short walk away making this a perfect base for up to two people working in the area or who wish to explore the local landmarks.
The flat consists of a lounge with comfy sofa ideal for relaxing in front of the TV. The separate kitchen area with modern white units is well-equipped with hob oven, microwave and washing machine making it perfect for self-catering.
The bedroom has a double bed, large chest of drawers and shelf storage. The bathroom with white tiling and large mirror has a bathtub with shower unit attachment.
There is a small mezzanine level perfect for storage.
