Conveniently situated near Danube river, Brigittenau is well connected to the city center and other areas of Vienna by public transportation, making it easy for you to explore the city.

From the airport you take either the REX7 or S7 directly to Handelskai from where you can either walk 15 minutes or take bus 5a in the direction of Griegstraße and get off at Aignerstraße. From Vienna’s central train station you take any S-Bahn in the direction of Floridsdorf to get off at Handelskai where you have the same choice of going by foot or taking bus 5a.

*Cleaning Policy:
The will be clean only before and after your stay. If you wish to have extra cleaning, you can book it in our extra services for an additional price.

*Extra Services:
In addition, We propose extra services such as late check-out. All these services can be found in the apartment by scanning the QR code.

All important information (such as reservation details, check-in instructions, google maps directions, extra services etc.) can be found on your Arbio reservation page. All guests will get access to the link via message.
Please note that you need to access your reservation page in order to access you booked apartment.

*Longer stays
We offer monthly discount for longer period of stay. Please kindly let us know if you are interested in staying longer with us !

A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
