To the rear is a utility room, and access to the rear private enclosed courtyard which is available for guests.
On the first floor is a large double bedroom and a generously sized bathroom, with a large luxury shower.
On the second floor is a further double bedroom with en-suite bathroom containing a modern freestanding bath.

This is an historic building (dating to the 15th century). The stairs are steep.

There is no car parking on the site. The nearest car park is Salt Lane car park (CV1 2GY) which is located just five minutes’ walk away.
