Ideal villa for families looking to relax in a natural environment, just 15 minutes from Comarruga beach, with a large outdoor area, private pool, and wonderful garden.
The villa is located in a natural setting in the Tarraconense town of La Bisbal del Penedés. It has many pleasant corners where families can enjoy its large outdoor area, where both adults and children can have fun outdoors. In addition, it has a covered barbecue area with a large table for enjoying endless after-meal gatherings and a huge pool where you can cool off and enjoy the sun.
Just 5 minutes by car, we find the town of Llorenç del Penedés, a place where you will find both supermarkets and a variety of restaurants where you can get to know the local gastronomy. And 10 minutes by car, we find the town of El Vendrell, one of the largest towns in the area with a variety of supermarkets (Aldi, Líder, Carrefour, Mercadona, Caprabo, ...), restaurants, cinemas, ...
You cannot miss visiting the wonderful beaches of the Costa Dorada. The beaches of Comarruga and Roda de Berà are just 15 - 20 minutes away. You will be able to enjoy the good weather and Mediterranean atmosphere, and taste the wide variety of gastronomic offerings that the area provides.
Don't forget to enjoy a good paella, with a good local wine, on one of the terraces by the beach with views of the sea!
Moreover, you will be able to take advantage of the great leisure offer, both daytime and nighttime, that the area provides.
The villa has a large landscaped outdoor area, a 12-meter-long swimming pool, and a covered barbecue area with a large table and exterior parking space. It also features terraces with tables and views of the garden.
The house consists of three floors:
On the ground floor, which is at street level, there is a spacious living-dining room with access to a covered terrace. There is also a large fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances you might need. And a beautiful master bedroom, with a bathroom and a large round bathtub where you can relax.
The second floor is distributed with three exterior rooms, two of them with two single beds and one double bed. It also has a large bathroom with a bathtub.
Below the first floor, we will find the laundry area and a bathroom with a shower located a few meters from the pool.
The accommodation is completely exclusive to guests. They will not share any area with anyone else.
Bed sheets and towel sets are provided, one set per bed and one set per guest at the beginning of the stay. If guests wish to change sheets and/or towels during their stay, they can request it as an additional service with an extra cost.
Cleaning is not included during the stay. If you wish to have additional cleanings during your stay, you can request it as an additional service and it will have an extra cost.
The pool maintenance is performed weekly by qualified personnel.
The coffee maker is a Dolce Gusto capsule machine.
No charcoal is provided for the barbecue.
Both before and during their stay, they can consult me about everything they need.
Anything you may need prior to your arrival, do not hesitate to ask me, and it will be a pleasure to clarify any doubts you may have.

Before arriving at the accommodation, a link will be sent where you must register the data of ALL guests, and also pay the mandatory TOURIST TAX of the Generalitat de Catalunya. The staff in charge of delivering the keys will not hand over the keys until this process is completely finished.
The TOURIST TAX of the Generalitat de Catalunya is 1.00€ per adult and per day (with a maximum of 7 days of tax) (minors under 17 years old do not pay).
RESPONSIBILITY
The reservation of the accommodation implies acceptance of the house rules. Carefully read the property rules that will be published. Parties and smoking are not allowed inside the apartment. For irresponsible conduct, the owner may request guests to immediately vacate the accommodation, without right to compensation or refund.
It is prohibited to use the dwelling with a number of occupants exceeding the capacity of the dwelling.
Guests are responsible for the proper care of the accommodation during their stay and commit to returning it in the same conditions in which they found the lodging and its equipment, except for appliance repairs or reasonable wear and tear of the accommodation.
If any defect occurs in the housing, please notify us immediately and we will try to solve it as soon as possible.
For stays of 28 days or more, light, water, and gas supplies are included up to a maximum of €200 per month. If the supply consumption exceeds this rate, the guest must pay the difference. The host will send a request through Airbnb for the required amount that the guest must accept and pay.
Additionally, for stays longer than 28 days, a rental contract will be signed upon the guest's arrival.
Guests are not responsible for the final cleaning, but they must leave the accommodation in good condition, the kitchen tidy, and the trash in the street containers; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
CHECK-IN
The check-in time is from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. All arrivals between 9:00 PM and 11:59 PM will have a surcharge of 40 €. Arrivals after midnight must be communicated in advance and will carry an additional charge depending on the case.
The person responsible for check-in will wait at the accommodation to hand over the keys and explain how the facilities work. If for any reason they cannot arrive at the agreed time, please let us know as soon as possible to avoid waiting.
The loss of keys will have a supplement of 50€ for each set.

For the reservation of this property, a deposit of 750€ is mandatory, which will be returned upon departure after checking the condition of the accommodation.
