Welcome to our cozy 2BR APT in the heart of Qawra! Our fully furnished and equipped home is perfect for families, couples, or groups of friends looking for a comfortable home base while exploring all that Malta has to offer.
There is also a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances & cookware, as well as a dining area and a living room with smart TV and comfortable seating.
We hope you'll choose to stay with us and make our home your home away from home during your visit.
Qawra is a popular tourist and local alike since the destination is located on the northern coast of Malta. It is known for its beaches, hotels, and entertainment venues. The area has a Mediterranean climate, with hot, dry summers and mild winters. Qawra is also home to many shops, restaurants, and cafes, making it a convenient place to stay for visitors. Some popular attractions in the area include the Qawra Point Promenade, the Salina National Park, and the Bugibba Temple. Overall, Qawra is a lively, bustling neighbourhood that offers something for everyone.
There are several options for getting around Qawra and the surrounding areas. Some options include:
Bus: Malta has an extensive public bus network, with many routes serving Qawra and the surrounding areas. Buses are a convenient and affordable way to get around the island.
Taxi: Taxis are readily available in Qawra, and can be hailed on the street or booked in advance. Prices are generally reasonable, but it is a good idea to confirm the fare before starting your journey.
Car rental: If you want to explore the island at your own pace, you may want to consider renting a car. There are several car rental agencies in Qawra and the surrounding areas.
Walking: Qawra is a relatively small area, and many attractions and amenities are within walking distance. It is a pleasant area to explore on foot, and it is a good way to experience the local culture and way of life.
Bicycle: Qawra is relatively flat, making it a good place to explore by bike. You can rent a bike from one of the many rental shops in the area.
Very important notes before booking:
1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)
2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person
8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.
9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
