Der Eigentümer dieser Wohnung ist ein Innenarchitekt. Bei der Einrichtung wurden keine Kosten gescheut.
Das Treasure Island Resort Condominium befindet sich am ruhigen Ende des Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach in der Nähe von St. Andrews State Park und viele tolle Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar !!! Jede Etage verfügt über 12 Eigentumswohnungen, die von 4 Hi-Speed-Aufzügen bedient werden. Alle Quest haben überdachte Parkplätze in einer Parkgarage reserviert. Dieses Gerät ist professionell eingerichtet und verfügt über ein Platin-Zertifikat - alles, was Sie für einen schönen Familienurlaub benötigen könnten.
Im Great Room finden Sie ein Sofa, das sich in ein Queensize-Bett verwandeln lässt. Die Terrassentüren, die sich zum Golf öffnen !!! Neben dem Essbereich befindet sich eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Blick auf den Golf. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und blickt mit Glasschiebetüren auf den Balkon.
Im Master-Badezimmer haben Sie einen großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank, ein eigenes WC und eine riesige Doppelkopfdusche.
Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen 36-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher.
Das 2. Schlafzimmer verfügt über aufeinander abgestimmte Bettwäsche, Möbel und Badutensilien. Ein Kingsize-Bett ist mit individuell angefertigter Bettwäsche ausgestattet. Hat auch einen flachen sceen tv.

Dirty Room

We have stayed in this exact room before. It was immaculate. Upon arriving this time, the sheets had not been changed because hair was all over them and the sheets were all wrinkled. It was very obvious. They made the bed without changing the sheets. There were finger nail clippings on the coffee table, The floor had not been swept or mopped. The shower was full of hair, Very obvious the shower hadn’t been cleaned. The upside is we called the office and someone came and cleaned the room. I’m good with it as long as they made it right, which they did. We absolutely love staying at Treasure Island. It is our favorite condo and we will return. Just very disappointed that the room was not cleaned. They had fresh towels and all the beds were made, but it was obvious they did as little as possible to make it look like the room had been cleaned

The kitchen was well equipped and the views from the balcony were amazing. There was a huge crack in the master bedroom shower wall, but the shower worked great with two shower heads. The complex was very quiet and clean. My only complaint is that we weren't even given a whole roll of paper towels or toilet paper so we had to get some to replace FAST. All in all, it was a great place to stay.

Great stay!

We loved the location and the fact that it was so close to the water. It had everything you could need. Only thing we didn’t love was that the bunks didn’t have a ladder so I wasn’t comfortable with my 5 year old sleeping on it because he had no way down without help! Overall, it was a great stay other than that.

PCB Vacation with family 2024

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The room was great and very big for the amount of people we had. The bunk beds were great for the kids and they loved them. I do suggest some kind of ladder to get up and down from the top bunk. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The only problem we had was the battery fell out of the door and was loose and sometimes the push button to input the code would not work and then come back on. We had to get the downstairs office to let us in the room with a key one day because the battery was completely out of it on the inside of the room. We were told it was due to slamming the door, however the door had not been slammed and I know that because it is so heavy to even open there is no way it was slammed. Other than that happening I would still give this room and property a 5 star rating and would stay here again with my family.

Best Place We’ve Stayed

We love this condo and would definitely rent it again. It was nicely decorated, very clean, comfortable beds. We loved the 17th floor balcony because of all the marine life we saw: manatees, dolphins, sting rays, sea turtle and other fish. Also love that it is at the quiet end of PCB.

Beautiful, clean, Loved our stay!!

The condo is beautiful! We loved the decor and cleanliness! It was well stocked with supplies and towels. The bed was so comfortable! Parking with assigned spot was convenient. The only critiques: another lounger on the balcony would be nice, there was only one; lamps for reading in the main suite; perhaps bring a charging strip for phones, etc. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great view!

Saw a lot of dolphins and fish from the balcony. Beds were very comfortable and condo was very nice. Only thing I would suggest is that the master shower could use an update. The bigest problem was that we were there when a tornado hit and had no power for 2 days and then there was repairs and constrution ongoing after that that made the stay annoying. But none of that was the fault of the company we rented from. We also had very nice neighbors in the condo next to us.

Pictures don’t do it justice of how beautiful it is. With the huge balcony overlooking the most beautiful water and beach you’ve ever seen that even if I wanted to I couldn’t give constructive criticism. I ended up booking two extra nights just because it was so fantastic. We will DEFINITELY be looking forward to booking again. Again, I can’t recommend 1702 enough.
