Das rustikale Blockhaus südlich von Afton ist der perfekte Zufluchtsort für Ihre ganze Familie! Ein Preis mietet das gesamte Haus, das bis zu 11 Personen schlafen wird. Dieses Blockhaus befindet sich in günstiger Lage nahe dem Highway 89 im schönen Star Valley Wyoming. Sie wohnen 1,6 km von der Innenstadt von Afton, dem Zugang zum Wald, dem Johnny Miller-Golfplatz von Afton und dem Star Valley Wyoming LDS Temple entfernt. Egal, ob Sie einen Ausflug zum Reiten, Angeln, Wandern, Skifahren oder Schneemobilfahren planen, unsere Hütte passt perfekt dazu. Wir befinden uns auf mehreren Hektar mit eigenem Parkplatz für Ihr ATV oder Pferdeanhänger. Wir haben sogar eine Weide für Ihr Pferd!

Ideal location for group snowmobile stay in Afton

Our group has stayed at the Johnson cabin many times. It’s ideal for a group of 6-8 or more if spouses join. We snowmobile in the area and the cabin is perfect for us, close to fuel, restaurants and other stores and not too far from the riding area in Smoot. We will definitely be back again.

Plenty of space, Beautiful views!

The property was clean with plenty of space. The bedrooms were comfortable and the yard was lovely. The views across the valley were beautiful!

Enjoyed our time in Star Valley

This was a great family and dog friendly house. Very clean and homey, with lots to do for our kids and comfortable (mostly) bedding and family and game rooms for us when we returned from our adventures. Karen was kind and responsive and had some yummy homemade bread waiting for us when we got here.

Fantastic

We were so impressed with staying here. Family reunion was more relaxed because we were able to not worry about where to stay, where to eat and the other aspects of having 10 people together. We will definitely enjoy this home again if needed. And the extra was the fireworks were across the strret and able to be watched from our front yard.

Another great stay

Karen's cabin is a go to for our family. We love to visit the area and stay here any chance we get. The beds are comfortable, the house is always clean, and there is space to spread out, have fun, and make it a great base camp for our adventures in the area. We look forward to returning soon!

The cabin was wonderful, just as advertised. The host was helpful with anything we needed. It’s easy to find and get to with ample parking. The kids loved the big room upstairs and the basement. We will likely stay there again.

Wonderful home, great location

Wonderful Christmas cabin stay! Hosts made the place so nice and cozy we had a great family vacation even though there wasn't enough snow this year to ski yet at Pine Creek. Highly recommend cabin in a beautiful area.

We love Afton

Karen was great. The cabin is great. We were there for a hunting trip and although we didn’t harvest any deer it was always nice to know that after hiking all day in the mountains we could look forward to a warm cabin. There was seven of us in our group and we had plenty of room and cooked every night in. The cabin is well stocked and we didn’t need anything except our groceries from Broulims. The town has a ton to offer. The people are extremely friendly. ( How it should be )

A Piece of Heaven in Star Valley

It's the perfect getaway. We could have easily stated another week or longer. The cabin was amazing and perfect in every way !! I wouldn't change a thing !! Tucked up a private lane surrounded by beautiful trees and landscaping. The town offered several perfect dining choices as well !! We will definitely be back !! The host/owner was absolutely wonderful too !!

Beautiful Home

Our group very much enjoyed this home! The owners have thought of everything! Plenty of towels, coffee, homemade bread and jam, baby crib if needed, children’s books and games, etc…..Karen and her husband are extremely friendly and were very accommodating! We were so thankful to be able to extend our stay due to weather and roads being shut down. Karen is very responsive when messaging her! We will be back!! Thanks again!!

Easy access cabin

We chilled out here over New Years. Beds were comfortable, cabin was adequately roomy for seven adults, the check in check out process was simple. It snowed the entire time and the host had the driveway cleared for us and even showed up to shovel the walk. They quietly took care of this without any interruption. Speaking of snow, this place was right off the highway so we were able to get in and out without any hassle. But at the same time it had sufficient landscaping that it didn’t feel like it was right on the highway. A perfect blend of easy and seclusion. A great stay.

Absolutely perfect!

Beautiful quaint cabin, very clean and super comfortable beds. The cabin was fully equipped with anything g you would need, as well as many extras. When we arrived, the host had fresh bread and jam waiting for us. The entire cabin was above and beyond expectations.

Warm cozy and clean

This was a great cabin. Warm and clean and cozy. Deer hang out around the yard and this was a true plus. The owner of this cabin are very good with communication and even sent stuff back to us with left asap... We are looking forward to staying here again

Best cabin in the valley

Great location and cabin. The owners are awesome and the homemade jelly was worth the trip! 5 adults and 2 teenagers all stayed comfortably with plenty of space. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

'Elk Hunt included enjoyable Friends time'

There were 9 of us, 4 couples and our 13 year old son, and we all absolutely enjoyed it! It has a 'comfortable home' feeling with neat decor! The bedrooms on all floors with bathrooms make it very spacious! We had the downstairs which also had a neat area for our son to do his school work. The kitchen had all we needed. We could all sit at the kitchen table for a meal and fellowship, living room furniture was great. We could also enjoy sitting on the any of the 4 porches or just go for an enjoyable walk. All this just on the outskirts of town. We loved it!

I am a 5th generation Star Valley native. Although I've lived elsewhere at times, you can't take the country out of a country girl! I just love the area, the lifestyle, and the people. I've always enjoyed gardening, working with the animals, and spending time with friends and family.

I love the small town/country life style, the proximity of National Forests, and the changing seasons.There is much to offer in our little valley and it is close to the Tetons, Jackson Hole, and Yellowstone National Park. Not to mention the fresh air and blue skies!

This home has easy access from Highway 89 and ample parking large enough for trailers. We can even provide a field for your horses! We are located within a couple of miles of Swift Creek Canyon which is well known for the largest intermittent springs in the world. To the south a mile is the public entrance to Dry Creek Canyon and the national forest with trails for hiking, mountain biking, or horse riding. To the west is Salt River and great fishing.
