Villa Alcina is an elegant apartment that covers the entire top floor of a villa located in the center of Positano. It sleeps four people. From Villa Alcina you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coastline. Villa Alcina is 60 square meters (645 square feet). It features a private Jacuzzi pool, a panoramic private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the center of Positano, a few steps from restaurants, shops, the stop for the SITA bus and for the local bus and the beach. You will reach Villa Alcina from the street level without having to climb any steps. Because of the street below, some traffic noise can be heard.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Alcina. If you do have one, you will be able to park it nearby, for a fee, in a parking lot (where a space can be reserved). Terrace with Jacuzzi pool
The terrace is 45 square meters (485 square feet) large. It features a heated Jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with four seats. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast, of the island of Capri on the horizon and of the small Li Galli islands at a distance.
Please kindly note. The rental price includes: final cleaning; Wi-Fi Internet connection; continental breakfast; linens and towels; electricity. Available for a fee, if desired:parking, if reserved in advance EUR 25.00/day;baby bed EUR 35.00/day. Tourist tax, paid locally: From April 1 to October 31: EUR 4.00 per person per night. Guests aged under 10 are exempt. Refundable security deposit paid cash upon arrival: EUR 200 (it is returned to you at check-out).
Living Room
The ceiling of the living room is high and vaulted. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, a microwave/oven combo, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace and a balcony through two French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small balcony through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small balcony through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the corridor. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
