Palm trees between the pool area with sun loungers and patio provide shade, which makes it possible to relax while swinging with your favorite book in the August afternoon heat. On the ground floor there is a spacious hall, a guest toilet and a kitchen. On the second floor there are three bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room and a balcony. All beds with orthopedic mattresses and blackout curtains on the windows for a good deep sleep.
Villa is located in a fully developed complex only 3 minutes walk from the Coral Bay beach.
Coral Bay beach is the most popular beach in the Paphos district. It is a crescent moon of fine sand, with a scattering of shingle and rock, shelving gently into the sea. There are three tavernas on the beach and adequate toilet facilities.
Taxis are available in the area. Regular bus services to Paphos, Peyia, and other areas are available throughout the day.
🔹 Electricity Consumption
Electricity is not included in the rental price and is charged at €0.40 per kWh based on actual usage.
- Meter readings are taken before check-in and after check-out. Guests may also take their own readings for reference.
- Payment can be made in cash before check-out or online (+3% transaction fee).
🔹 Smoking Policy
- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors but allowed in designated outdoor areas.
🔹 Trash Disposal
- Do not leave trash inside or in loose garbage bags.
- Please use the communal bins for disposal.
🔹 Air Conditioning Usage
- AC should be turned off when windows are open or when not needed.
- Excessive energy use may result in additional charges.
🔹 Toilet Use
- Do not flush toilet paper or any other objects down the toilet.
- Use the provided bins—any clogging due to improper disposal will be at the guest’s expense.
🔹 Pool Use
- Please rinse off sunscreen before entering the pool to maintain water quality.
🔹 Locking Out
- Always take your key when leaving.
- If you get locked out, locksmith costs will be at your expense.
🔹 Property Maintenance
- Pool cleaning: Twice a week
- Garden maintenance: Once a week
- Maintenance staff will announce their presence before entering. If there is no response, they will proceed with their work.

- 23:00 - 07:00 – Please be mindful of noise levels during these hours.
🔹 Parties
- Parties and events are strictly prohibited at the property.
🔹 Pets
- Pets are welcome with prior approval.
