I'm a local Realtor with Keller Williams Real Estate in St. George. My wife and I moved to St. George from Salt Lake City in 1992 and I've been a Realtor since that day. Since then, we've adopted 2 children who are now married and have children of their own. We love boating, enjoying our houseboat at Lake Powell, (2.5 hours away), our cabin in Pine Valley and a game of golf is never out of the question. Becky is THE BEST GRANDMA ever!! We purchased this home so our guests could enjoy the unique southern Utah scenery including red hills, red sand, green grass, desert vegetation, and a variety of desert plants. Located ABOVE the golf course prevents any golf balls from hitting you yet you can enjoy the openness of the area from the patio or custom natural gas fire pit area. It's an end unit so you don't have neighbors next door to you and there's guest parking immediately next to the home.
