The villa boasts exceptional specification overlooking the beach & the ocean, dolphins can frequently be seen crossing the bay from the veranda.

The bustling center of nearby Lagos is only 3 km drive and offers countless attractive restaurants, high quality shopping and a vibrant night life with clubs and bars to suit all tastes.

Porto De Mos is ideally situated to take advantage of the western Algarve's exceptional golf courses and facilities as well as other outdoor activities including surfing and fishing with sea fishing trips leaving from Lagos marina several times a day.

The beach offers first class facilities and is popular with the local and visiting Portuguese and it is home to two quality restaurants & a further Michelin guide restaurant; all within a few minutes walk of the development.

The villa is totally walled in providing good security, there is a 11x6m swimming pool set in gardens with outside shower, ample non slip terracing with sun beds, large balcony with dining table & chairs with views down to the beach and out to the ocean. The beach is approx. a 3-4 minute walk away.

The beach offers first class facilities and is popular with the local and visiting Portuguese and it is home to many quality beach front restaurants, all within a few minutes walk of the development

Tolles Ferienhaus

Wir waren mit 10 Personen in diesem tollen Ferienhaus. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat stets schnell geantwortet/reagiert. Einzig die Kochtöpfe sollten für 10 Personen etwas größer sein ...

Super Lage

Der Check in von John war ein Witz.2Minuten sind wir hinter ihm hergerannt- „ es wäre ja alles selbsterklärend“.Das Haus ist sehr groß mit einigen Mängeln.Wir hatten öfter die Türklinken in der Hand.Die Grundstückstüren konnten teilweise nicht abgeschlossen werden.Das größte Manko sind die fehlenden Sonnenschirme!! Wir haben eine komplette Sitzgarnitur an den Pool geschleppt, damit wir morgens im Schatten draußen frühstücken konnten.Und Vorsicht!!! Uns wurden zwei zusätzliche Beträge von Homeaway abgebucht !!!!! Muss ich noch aufklären.Also- location und Umgebung traumhaft. Haus mit Mängeln, aber akzeptabel.Leider haben Nachbarn im Nebenhaus die letzten beiden Nächte mit Partymusik gespoilt. Obwohl vom Vermieter verboten, hat er trotz Aufforderung nichts unternommen.

Grundsätzlich gut

Das Haus ist wunderschön und die Lage ist wirklich toll. Für 12 Mann eignet es sich allerdings nicht wirklich, da zB keine großen Töpfe vorhanden sind, kein Tisch an dem 10-12 Mann Platz finden etc. Sonst top!

Super Villa

Die Villa war geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die Pflege des Pools war einwandfrei ( 2x Kontrolle und gesäubert. WLAN könnte verstärkt werden, damit es auf allen Stockwerken und am Pool benutzt werden könnte. Sonnenschutz in der oberen Etage auf dem Sitzplatz wäre sinnvoll. Kommen gerne ein zweites Mal.

Great location and view with short walk to fabulous beach. Check in requires a training session to discover everything in the house as quite large. There were no instructions on premise. Each bedroom has it’s own ensuite which was amazing. Fifth bedroom had a sewer smell, bbq is charcoal and house needs a bin for recycling and a garbage can in kitchen. Gonna give this a 8.5 out of 10!

Beautiful Stay in Lagos

We had a wonderful stay in Lagos at The Beach Villa with Panoramic Views. It did not disappoint! The views were spectacular! The villa was private, and super comfortable for us, and we were a group of six, with room to spare. The property has a beautiful pool, and a gorgeous beach, with 2 great restaurants, within a very short walk, and we enjoyed our coffee, and breakfast each morning, as well as our Happy Hour on the deck, each night. Lagos is a very short drive away, with tons of shops, super markets, restaurants, bars, and many activities. Also, the owner was very helpful, met us at check in, and responded quickly to our questions, and comments.

Wonderful house for groups of couples to enjoy nights on terrace overlooking ocean

The house was very nice and well appointed. All the rooms were en suites and an extra half bath. The terraces and pool were awesome. Plenty of seating - in dining room, living room, terrace, and pool deck. A gate leads to a quick walk to the beach (very nice with restaurants, bars, chairs to rent, and lifeguards). We had a few very minor issues (needed to find a lightbulb, a circuit breaker getting tripped, etc) and the owner was so quick to respond.

Trip summer of 2023

We were a 3 families of 4 (total 12 people) and we all stayed comfortably. The house is beautiful, clean and the location can’t be beat. I highly recommend this stay for a big group. The host (John) was also very attentive and easy to work with.

Beautiful Property! Perfect for Our Family Reunion!

We had 9 adults needing to fit in a VRBO for a family reunion. This place was wonderful! Beautiful views, large gathering places, washer/dryer, and gorgeous pool. It's also a 5 minute walk to the beach and only 20 minute walk to the restaurants in the city. The only complaint is that there wasn't a welcome packet or something to get settled in. We had to message him personally for the check in/check out information, and then when we had questions about washer/dryer, internet, pool towels, etc. we had to wait for him to respond to us. He was usually quick to respond - normally just 20 minutes - but it would have been easier to just have a welcome packet with all that info in it.

Fantastic house near Lagos

The house was a perfect base for us to enjoy time together as a family. Plenty of space in the house, great facilities and a very short walk to the beach. Just 5 min drive from Lagos meant there was lots on offer in terms of restaurants, bars and shops. Would definitely recommend this villa.

Maison idéale pour un séjour entre amis🤗

La maison est parfaite, très confortable. Elle est idéalement située, à quelques mètres de la plage et très proche du super village de Lagos . Restaurants à proximité… Je recommande cette location 🤗 Petit bémol : la piscine n’était pas chauffée !

Great Location

Great location. We were a family of 11. Villa very clean, lots of space, terrific view of beach/sea. Two minor cons - poor lighting in the kitchen and weak wifi. Any problems we had were dealt with within 2hrs. Beach within 5 min walk. Two beach restaurants to choose from. If you want to rent beach chairs + umbrella, get there before 9.30am. 5 min drive to supermarket, 15 min to Lagos.

Amazing Experience From Beginning To End

I’ll begin at the end by saying our worst experience at John’s amazing property was having to leave it. My family and friends are already planning a return to his enchanting space. John is an incredible host. He is immediate in his communication and accommodating in all the ways he is able to be so. His sincerity and care for his guests and his property are also personality attributes in the staff he has overseeing both. There was never a moment my group was left wanting. In every way our needs were promptly attended. The property is served well by its description but the description in no way fully captures all the entirety of the property. It is beautiful and its location to the local beaches and proximity to the surrounding areas make it the ideal haven for the intrepid explorer or homebody on holiday. Whether you are a beach-goer, sight-seer, foodie, or just looking for a quiet space to enjoy a drink and read a book; John’s property offer it all. The interests of my group are eclectic and at no time were any of us bored. Every morning and evening we sat reminiscing about our day’s varied adventures. If you are looking for a care-free holiday surrounded by all that is ideal John, his team and his property will deliver.

Large home with a great view!

We had four adult couples staying at the home which allowed an individual room with a full bathroom for each couple. Nice large rooms, deck to view the ocean, clean and safe neighborhood!
