Agua Brava is a secure gated complex of only 22 apartments which are all set within beautiful gardens situated around the communal pool in the Old Town of Puerto - del - Carmen. Agua Brava complex is a 10 minute walk to the harbour where there are many restaurants and bars and a 15 minute walk to the main beach and seafront shops.Inside the apartment we have wifi, satellite tv, dvd, hifi, safe, along with refurbished kitchen and bathroom. The apartment was completely redecorated this year along with new furniture and king size bed.

Schönes und ruhiges Appartement in zentraler Lage

Perfect holiday

I really enjoyed my relaxing stay here. The apartment is lovely, exactly as described. For me the location is perfect, it’s on a small gated complex and as I was on my own I felt very safe here. The complex is very clean and well maintained as is the apartment. There was everything I needed, facilities and equipment were as described. Communication with the owners was easy, they answered any questions quickly and gave helpful advice. I have already booked my next stay at this property and can’t wait to go back!

Great Apartment

Lovely quiet pool, plenty of sun beds always available even without using the two from the apartment. Enjoyed the terrace being so close to the pool. Nice touch to have a mid stay clean from Judy. Our only disappointment was there isn’t air conditioning as per the listing. There are two stand fans, one in each bedroom. Convenient location; down the hill to the harbour in just 10 mins and only a little further for the busy ‘strip’. We’re used to hills being from Yorkshire so they didn’t bother us. Every meal we had out was amazing. Recommend Restaurante Bodegon near the Harbour and Mumbai Masala on the strip’. Overall, we’ve had a great holiday.

Lovely break in Puerto Del Carmen

Had a great time at this clean and well presented apartment, located near the old town, a 15 minute walk to the start of the main strip where there are hundreds of excellent places to eat and drink. 2 really good sized bedrooms and plenty of storage space, nice lounge area, TV has Netflix, with a terrace that opens onto the pool area of the small complex. A mix of residents and holiday makers, it was very quiet when we were there. The appartment has its own sunbeds and comfortable cushions, the sun hits the terrace and pool area around 10am and is perfect for sunbathing until it sets in the late afternoon. Some really nice bars and restaurants are within a 5 minute walk and there are two local supermarkets, lidl the better value one which is a 10 min walk away. Would definitely return, this was excellent value for money.

So simple

Was very happy with the whole experience from booking .the property manager Judy met us explained everything (so nice) The apartment has everything u could need for a great holiday. The apartment is set in a secure setting complex with 20 other apartment the patio is perfect and gets the sun nearly all day with a lovely pool overall a great winter break.

Apartment was fantastic, exactly as the pictures show and everything you need and more. The terrace so close to the pool was just ideal for relaxing and getting a bit of winter sun and a dip when it got too hot one day we had 33 Deg C. I would happily recommend this apartment for couples and families as there was facilities for both and communication from the owners was spot on. Excellent.

Absolutely fantastic holiday

Arrived to be met by Judy who kindly showed how everything worked & where things were. The accomodation was immaculate and spacious with a lovely terrace that overlooks the pool (nice first thing in the morning & in the evening). Judy popped in mid-week to do a linen & towel change and make sure we were OK. Yes it is at the top of the hill, sort of, but not that steep really. The local superdino is just round the corner and Lidl is a 15 minute walk in the other direction. Plenty of bars & restaurants catering for all tastes. Easy to walk into the New Town & it you want to get the the bus back rather than taxi, it drops you at the end of the road. We had lovely weather which made it even better. Best Holiday Ever!!

A fantastic holiday on a brilliant complex. The apartment was lovely and clean on arrival with very clean freshly made beds and ample of towels for our family of four. The apartment is everything you need for a relaxing holiday, very home from home with nothing at all that we could think of that was missing. A fantastic terrace outside with a table and four chairs and a parasol. The complex it's self is beautiful, with a lovely pool, the kids had so much fun in there with their inflatables. Very close to shops and restaurants, beach etc. A small supermarket just a two minute walk away that stoaks everything you need. Probably the best holiday we have had.

Lovely apartment well situated

April 2018 Family 2 adults, children 11 and 15. Booking process very straightforward with excellent response time from owners who also gave additional information regarding car hire. Their house keeper has also gone the extra mile when we discovered we had left an item behind on departure . Apartment clean and well equipped. The only thing I may have missed would be more freezer space, however as my children are older now and our other adult children were also staying on the complex, we ate out every night - so actually for me that was a bonus!! The complex was quite and the pool and gardens well tended. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Delightful Convenient Apartment

A lovely apartment situated conveniently away from the hustle and bustle of Puerto Del Carmens Old Town and port. The apartment was clean, light and roomy with comfortable inside and outside seating. Delightfully laid out with all the conveniences required for a self catering holiday and minimal chores in the kitchen! Although close to restaurants the area was surprisingly quiet. Enjoyed walking up the hill and we have come home feeling a lot healthier than when we went! We liked it so much we have booked again for April next year!!!!!
