360 Estates welcomes you to Malta by offering this SEAFRONT apartment with amazing views in the heart of the CAPITAL CITY.
The apartment has been recently refurbished with the highest of quality furniture for maximum comfort. Upon entering our guests are treated with a massive living area and a fully equipped kitchen perfect for short/long.
Upon leaving the apartment our guests will find restaurants and coffee shops, also having the centre off Valletta main street at a walking distance.
All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi!
Views| Views of Manuel Island from the traditional balcony and windows.
Living Spaces| A spacious living area with TV, also access to a private spacious balcony.
Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal! The kitchen also boosts an oven and an electric hub.
Bedrooms| 2 Bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and the other with 1 single beds, for extra guests we will put additional single folding bed in the rooms, prepared with linens and towels just like a normal comfortable bed.
Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night sleep, all linens provided are of highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.
Bathrooms| 2 comfortable bathrooms, 1 as an ensuite.
Laundry| Apartments have access to a washing machine.
NOTE: Opposite the apartment there is a free playground for children.
Full access to all the apartment and it's amenities for the sole use of our guests.
It is important to have Access to Airbnb messaging system, general issues best is to ask from there as it is where we can help you as fast as you deserve.
The apartment is located on the Seafront of the Capital City of Malta with the best of views. Upon going out from the apartment our guests will find restaurants and even coffee shop, where the main street of Valletta being at a walking distance.
In the vicinity there is also Museums and many other hot touristic destinations at a walking distance.
The apartment is fully equipped so it is perfect for both travellers and even people for work travel, both short and long stays.
The bus stop is within walking distance of the apartment making it very easy and cheap to travel. We also offer 24/7 taxi service through the airbnb application.
Very important notes before booking:
1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)
2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person
8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.
9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
