Guests can enjoy all comforts such as wifi, air conditioning in the kitchen and in the bedroom, television, washing machine, hairdryer, clothes horse, iron and ironing board and, upon request, a cot and high chair.
The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment, whether you are traveling for work or on holiday in the marvelous Riviera delle Palme.
Prices include the consumption of water, electricity, gas, air conditioning and wi-fi and a refundable security deposit of €100 is required, to be paid in cash at check-in.
In the Municipality of San Benedetto del Tronto the tourist tax is applied from June 1st to September 15th, equal to 1 euro per day per person for the first 7 days and children up to 12 years are exempt, to be paid at check-in .
The following optional extra costs are excluded:
- bed linen and towels € 15.00 (fifteen/00) per person per week, which will be supplied bagged for compliance with the Covid rules, alternatively it can be procured independently. The beds are provided only with mattress covers and pillow covers.
- cot and high chair € 5.00 (five/00) each per child per day, up to a maximum of 7 days, from the 8th day they are free.
- Small pets can be accommodated upon advance notice, for a supplement of € 30.00 (thirty/00).
- umbrella + 2 sunbeds c/o Chalet Federico (conc. n. 5) in the last rows, subject to availability check, at the special price of Euro 15 per day in the months of June and July, Euro 20 per day in the month in August;
