This air conditioned, 2 bedroom maisonette has 1 double bed, 2 twin beds and a sofa bed. There is a well equipped kitchen and lounge/diner with 32 inch TV. receiving BBC, ITV, etc and also some Spanish channels. Sofa bed included. Free wi-fi
Outside there is a patio with furniture and garden with sun lounger’s. It is situated close to the communal swimming pool, with a children’s play area, and also a few minutes walk to the new fantastic commercial centre.

The stay was very good, and very well connected to shops and restaurants. The beach is a little further away but it takes 5 minutes by car. We really liked it.

Lovely apartment in fantastic area

Can’t fault anything. Good tv and internet coverage. Everywhere clean. Quiet and private. Welcome pack was a great bonus. Manager Kim was very helpful. Apartment in an ideal location, close to all amenities. Bed very comfy. Good facilities. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Although we didn’t use it the communal pool looked great. Really enjoyed our stay.

appartement sympathique proche des commodités

Nous sommes arrivés dans une région charmante non loin de la mer. Petite panière d'accueil (vin, café, thé, eau, lait), serviettes de bain, draps fournis, produits ménagers et d'hygiène pour commencer le séjour. L'appartement est simple et bien situé avec les deux chambres et le salon climatisés. La piscine est proche de l'appartement, est calme et familiale avec un accès sécurisé. Les voisins étaient discrets (la plupart anglais). Ce fut une immersion auprès des voisins anglais et les chaines TV étaient toutes en anglais si bien que nous avons révisé notre anglais en plus de notre espagnol ! Petit bémol pour l'entretien de l'appartement car beaucoup de mal avec le balai. L'aspirateur serait le bienvenu. Il n'y a pas de wi fi mais nos abonnements ont suffi sachant que la puce espagnol Orange de 100 go était peu cher. Nous conseillons cet endroit car nous y avons passé un agréable séjour et nous serions très heureux d'y retourner. Enfin, il y a un bon rapport qualité prix.

Not going there again.

Did not like the road, It was difficult to park and the neighbours ware noisy. The apartment was mean. Only one detergent and 3 pegs!! Front garden had weeds and uncomfortable stones. Very stressful contacting anyone when we arrived. Owners phone just went dead and Kim's was answered in Spanish then went dead. The other phone no. was incorrect. We did eventually speak to Kim and get access to the key box. So not a great start.

Estupendo alojamiento

El alojamiento está muy bien, es muy cómodo y está muy cerca de una estupenda y limpia piscina y del centro comercial. La comunicación con el propietario perfecta. Nos hemos sentido muy cómodos. Una única pequeña pega es que quizás el colchón de la cama de matrimonio necesita ya ser reemplazado pero los demás están muy bien. Y quizás un poco más de limpieza en la cocina, aún así nos ha gustado mucho y esperamos poder volver.

Oui et non

Avantages: Centre commercial à côté avec tout ce qu'il faut, bar restos magasins etc... Calme pendant la nuit. Piscine résidentielle sympa. Inconvénients: Je vous conseille fortement de lire le cahier noir qui se trouve dans la maison, vous aurez des surprises. Le nettoyage n'est pas bon(fenêtres cuisine, sols, mais surtout la cuisine),dans la petite terrasse arrière avait des cafards... La litterie est à changer, le lit double en ressorts rendre impossible de dormir à deux sur ce lit. La piscine n'est pas un endroit dans lesquel vous trouverez la calme(il y a bcp des enfants et adolescents qui crient et qui se jettent à l'eau artistiquement tout les 2 minutes. Pas de bus direct de l'aéroport jusqu'à la maison. Bus vers Alicante ou vers Santa Pola a chaque heure voir des fois deux heures. Plage à 3 km la plus proche...besoin de voiture ou bus... Location de voiture minimum 3 jours pour sans essence. Pas de wifi. La maison est la verte pas l'autre.

Es el segundo año que vamos, bien situado enfrente del centro comercial gran alacant, piscina comunitaria casi siempre vacia de gente, perfecto para ir con niños y mascotas, playas a 5 minutos en coche, con amplias zonas para estacionar.

Not as expected

Location was just what we needed . Accommodation was very disappointing , very dated and dark . The cleanliness was not up to a standard we expected - dusty , under tables, and cabinets also in corners . Bathroom and kitchen had to be cleaned by us before use as sticky pink mould on basin, shower , tiles and around kitchen sink , ( we have photos ) . The dish drainer was filthy and we bleached and scrubbed it . There was no broom or dustpan and brush to sweep up ( only some left outside which were not hygienic ) We borrowed these items from a friend who lives a few doors away . The beds !!! Well , the mattresses have definitely seen better days - so very uncomfortable We all have very achy backs and didn’t sleep a full nights sleep the whole holiday . The sofa in the lounge area is old battered, stained and needs updating , along with the cushions . Rented at a reasonable price but that doesn’t mean it has to be tatty and dirty .

Lovely, clean, well-situated property-thoroughly enjoyed our stay

We had a wonderful 10 days in bungalow A, so close to all of the amenities in gran alacant. It was clean, well equipped with all of the things we needed during our stay- we will definitely return!

Condition of Casa

On arrival, the beds were unmade and we had to search for the bedding and towels in a very untidy wardrobe. The linen we did find is old and needs replacing. The towels are also old and very rough to handle. There were no mattress or pillow protectors on the beds and we washed two pillows as they were stained and dirty. The wardrobe needed to be tidied as there was no room to hang any clothes. There were no tooth mugs or soap trays in either bathroom. The iron had live wires showing through and we taped it in four places to make it safe to use. The kettle could not be left unattended as the lid flipped and did not switch off automatically. There was out of date dried food in the cupboards from 2016. The BBQ is rusted through with holes in the bottom. There was no key to the gate for the pool and the agent did not have one. On arrival, the Utility was full of workmen's tools and the sink was dirty and covered in paint. Two of the sun loungers are broken with the arms taped up. The Casa was generally dusty, and we were most surprised to learn that we were the first holiday tenants in for the season. We were reliably informed that the owners had been there prior to our arrival. The Casa was not prepared in advance for letting.

Bonne maison et propre

Nous avons passé de bonne vacance avec une piscine à 20 metres un propriétaire Joan excellent et le contact sur place sylvia très sympathique, commerce à 5 minutes et la plage à 10 minutes en voiture. La clim est un plus pour cette chaleur. Merci pour ce séjour.

Maison très agréable.

Très bon séjour dans cette charmante maison de vacances, très bien équipée, confortable. Piscine à 30m, très pratique pour les enfants. La proximité des commerces et des restaurants est un plus. Nous avons bien apprécié la jolie plage "nature" de Carabassi, qui est à 10 min de la maison en voiture.

Happy holiday

I'm really happy that I spent a good holiday in a same house clean and situated in a strategic place, near a shopping center and the carabassi beach. This house is well equipped with all what we need. Good reception of Sylvia with her reactivity and good relationship. I recommend this house to spend a good holiday with serenity.
