Welcome to Pool View, a charming three-bedroom holiday lodge where comfort and relaxation take centre stage. This cosy retreat comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, providing a spacious living area for quality time together. And to add a touch of luxury to your stay, your very own private outdoor hot tub awaits. Plus, you're just a stone's throw away from the swimming pool, restaurant, spa, and other fantastic resort facilities.

The outside porch leads into the modern, brightly decorated lounge/kitchen/dining room fitted with luxury carpet flooring. Double glass doors lead to an extensive decking equipped with patio furniture overlooking the swimming pool. It’s a perfect place to enjoy morning tea in the sun.

**Hot tub:** 6-seater hot tub is the ultimate relaxation spot to be enjoyed by our guests. It is conveniently located on the lodge decking and shielded by a privacy screen.

**Lounge:** The stylishly-furnished lounge is warm and cosy with, an electric fireplace, a coffee table, and a couple of comfortable sofas with scattered cushions. There is a wall mounted and free wireless broadband.

**Kitchen:** fully-equipped kitchen offers an integrated dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave, a kettle, an oven, stainless steel cooker extractor, a four-burner gas hob, and a fridge freezer. The dining area includes a large oval table with six chairs and is set by a large window letting in a lot of light. Having multiple large windows around the lounge/diner area brings that spacious airy feel to the lodge.

**Master Bedroom:** luxurious master bedroom features a double bed, a bedside unit, and a wardrobe. Off the main bedroom, you will find an ensuite shower-room. There is also a TV on the wall.

**Second Bedroom:** features two superbly comfortable 3ft single beds, a bedside unit, and a TV on the wall.

**Third Bedroom:** includes two 2ft single beds, bedside units and a TV on the wall. Fresh bed linen is supplied for your stay, allowing you to have the most relaxing sleep during your time away.

**Main Bathroom:** includes a shower, a vanity mirror, a toilet, a washbasin, and a chrome towel rail.

Fresh luxury hand and bath towels are provided for all guests upon arrival.

**On-site Waterpark & Gym:**
The on-site ‘Finlake Falls’ Waterpark is a haven of water fun. With exciting slides, a dedicated splash zone for toddlers and a spacious pool area, it's perfect for both thrill-seekers and those looking to relax. Enjoy family-friendly activities and the natural beauty of the resort, making it a simple yet delightful aquatic getaway. Please note that additional fees apply for access to the Waterpark.

**Location:**
The lodge is located within Haulfryn’s Finlake Resort & Spa, across 130 acres of beautiful Devonshire countryside. The lodge overlooks the outdoor pool, the Hub and the Sirona spa. The resort is based on the doorstep of the stunning Dartmoor National Park. The nearest beach (English Riviera) is also only a short drive away (approx. 25 min). The on-site leisure complex offers a heated indoor and outdoor pool with water flumes, an adventure playground, a luxury spa, and a fitness centre. Various on-site group activities for all ages are available for booking at the resort, as are the tennis and basketball courts. The two on-site coarse fishing lakes are full of bream, roach, dace, large crucian carp and perch. The on-site café and the Retreat (Sports Bar & Restaurant) serve lovely breakfasts, lunches and dinners. In the evenings you can also enjoy a game of pool or occasional guest singers.
