It is a practical and functional 32 m2 apartment for 4 people, in an unbeatable location with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

The accommodation is located in a beautiful apartment with typical attic ceilings of the construction in the centre of Madrid.

It is located on the third floor. The building has a lift that stops at each mezzanine, you will have to navigate some steps to reach your accommodation.

The apartment consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed of 1.35 cm dressed with its bedding and space to store your belongings.

The living room has a split air conditioning unit strategically placed to distribute cold and heat to the living room and bedroom. It also has a comfortable sofa bed for two people and a television.

You have a modern and spacious 1 bathroom with a shower, bath gel and a hairdryer.
We provide one towel per guest that you will find on the bed.

The hot water is supplied by an electric water heater with sufficient capacity and power to meet your needs; use it responsibly for it to work properly.

The kitchen is equipped with the main appliances, tableware for 4 people and other usual utensils. To use the washing machine, you have a portable drying rack and an iron.

You will find a dining area for 4 people.

The accommodation has everything you need so you don't have to worry about anything, all the comfort to feel at home!.
