Perfect location

Perfect location with everything nearby. Apartment was well equipped and the desk height tables in bedrooms made for easy use as a luggage racks. Charming and responsive host.

Fabulous location in Alfama

The apartment exceeded our expectations! Located right on the 28E trolley line, steps from a small grocery market and multiple restaurants nearby. Right in the middle of everything but surprisingly quiet for sleeping. There is even a roof top terrace with seating! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this unit. Bruno is an excellent host!

Little oasis in the middle of Alfama

Our family loved our long stay here. It was surprising how quiet the place was located on a busy street next to the famous 28 trolley line. Bruno was very helpful with his all the questions we had regarding the place and the city in general. We'd definitely recommend this flat to the travelers looking to stay in this part of town.

Perfect place in Lisbon

This is a great apartment. It’s spacious, great location and Bruno is an ideal host. We absolutely loved the place and area. Tram stopss outside the door, numerours restaurants within minutes, yet very quiet inside the apartment. Enjoy Alfama!

Great location n Lissabon

The apartment is nice and the location near to everywhere we wanted. The tram starts a few steps away and the way to the metro is good to walk if you don’t mind high- angled streets, which are in the center of Lissabon everywhere. Alfama is an original medieval part of the town. The apartment is a new building behind the historical front and has a spacious lift. Bruno was very kind and helpful, thanks for your suppprt, Bruno!

Week long stay

The location is in upper Alfama, with many great cafes and shops near by. The bedrooms face the back courtyard, so it was fairly quiet at all times, despite the 28 tram running right out front. The small rooftop terrace was a delight on sunny days. Simple apartment with no frills. Communication and responsiveness of host was quick and easy, but needing to meet back at the apartment on our last night in town to get back a cash deposit was somewhat of an inconvenience. Overall the stay was pleasant.

Wonderful stay, convenient location

Three of us (my husband and I and our college-aged daughter) stayed for 6 nights in this great apartment. There was plenty of space. It was conveniently located right on the Tram 28 line or an easy walk down to catch a bus. There are several good restaurants nearby. It was quiet at night for a restful sleep. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Property

This apartment is well-appointed and comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring Lisbon, particularly Alfama, as most attractions are within walking distance. The fact that there is a stop for Tram 28 and Tram 12 right outside the door is phenomenal. There is a very convenient store steps away and several lovely restaurants within a couple of blocks. Bruno was very accommodating and responsive to any and all of our questions and inquiries. He insured that check-in, check-out, and all aspects of our stay were smooth and easy.

Great apartment in a fantastic neighbourhood

We were very impressed and happy with this apartment. We feel that this apartment is actually much nicer than what we saw in the ad pictures! It’s in a fantastic area in Alfama, the oldest neighbourhood of Lisbon. The tram 28 goes right by the front door and the start of that line at Martim Moniz is about a 15 minute walk. There is a wonderful coffee shop with great pastries, coffee and sandwiches steps down the street (Copenhagen Coffee Lab). The host met us for check in and he was very helpful and responsive to our questions during our stay. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to enjoy the charm and local food and culture of this area of Lisbon.

Great place to stay in Alfama

The apt was great & proved to be a perfect place for us. The neighborhood is easy to explore with great little restaurants and drinking establishments. We had great meals while staying in the neighborhood of the apt. We walked maybe 10 mins down hill to the Santa Apolonia train station to get the Yellow Bus for 2 days of sightseeing. This bus is an easy way to get to see & learn a little about Lisbon. It is a great deal-because with the yellow bus receipt you can use it on ALL the transportation- bus, trams, metro for duration of your ticket. It became transportation for us fir 2 days. Also the metro is at the Apolonia station. Great shops & restaurants on the way to the station. There is Tram 28 (often crowded with tourists) just outside the door, a very convenient neighborhood market with everything you might need up the street, including helpful information and the Copenhagen Coffee Lab for the morning caffeine break. There is a fun outdoor flea market near the cathedral nearby. Bruno is a really nice & accommodating host. We had great conversations and he provided very helpful information about Lisbon and the surrounding area. We will definitely return to his place.

Séjour très agréable

Très bel appartement dans un quartier magnifique , j'y reviendrais volontiers , tram historique de Lisbonne qui passe au pied de l'immeuble et malgré cela appartement calme.... , un hote avec lequel vous sympathisez tout de suite qui vous explique ( dans un tres bon francais ) toutes les specificités du quartier , rien a voir avec les acueils fantomes des boites a clefs comme la plupart des locations actuellement

Un chien qui jappait la nuit , chez un voisin . Le responsable de l’appartement a été informé de ce fait , il ne savait pas qu’il y avait un chien dans le bâtiment voisin. Pour ceux qui ont un sommeil léger nous entendons le tramway passer. Le reste était correct sans plus.

Bien situé dans la vieille ville

Appartement plutôt spacieux et au calme malgré la situation dans la vieille ville sur la route du tram 28. Il donne sur des cours intérieures. A savoir: rues et trottoirs étroits et en pente. Petits commerces et restaurants variés a tous prix facilement accessibles dans le quartier.

Excellent séjour !

Il n'y a que des points positifs ! - Emplacement géographique parfait dans le quartier historique avec le tram 28 juste en bas de l'immeuble, - très bon accueil de Bruno qui nous renseigne sur les sorties à faire et les commodités autour de l'hébergement, - propreté des lieux avec les lits déjà faits et des draps qui sentent ultra bon, - appartement avec une terrasse commune qui offre une vue magique sur le Tage, l'Alfama et l'Eglise St Vincent. Pour les futurs vacanciers : vous pouvez tout faire en transport en commun ou avec taxis. Je vous recommande cet hébergement !

Appartement bien situé dans le quartier alfama tram 28 en bas de l'appartement . Appartement propre. Calme entendons toutefois le passage du tram dans la rue mais on s'y habitue très vite. 2 chambres. Propriétaire attentionné à nos demandes. Demande une caution de 100E qu'il restitut à la fin du séjour . Dans l'ensemble très bien.
