You enter the house on the middle floor, where there is the living room, kitchen, toilet, reading corner and large balcony, from this floor you communicate with the upper floor and the lower floor through stairs; going upstairs you find two of the bedrooms and two bathrooms and on the lower floor there are the other two bedrooms, a bathroom and the spectacular terrace with private pool.

There is air conditioning only in the living room and the double bedroom upstairs.
There is no parking.
The fireplace is decorative, not suitable for use.
There are housing construction works at the entrance of the street.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
