Started with online ID verification to complete booking through email that felt like a scam and thankfully wasn’t. Disjointed communication as the confirmation emails directed me to another person for actual property contact. Then didn’t receive the email about checkin. Thankfully that POC was responsive and I eventually got that info. Unfortunately the checkin place was a mile away from the unit. Parking instructions were very confusing and took an additional three phone calls to the checkin desk to sort out. Unit is on the third floor which is good for privacy for the hot tub. That being said, it is overlooking the garbage for the stores and restaurants below and has large beeping trucks backing up to it at early hours. Hot tub hadn’t been cleaned/chemicaled properly so we didn’t even use it. Broken glass at its base which thankfully we didn’t step on nor did our puppy eat it. Pictures are no longer accurate of the bedroom nor the living area. There’s a full on cuck bed in the bedroom and another for your drunk friend to pass out on in the living room. WiFi was only marginally functional and not solid enough for streaming of music or shows not previously downloaded. Overall, wasn’t worth us staying for the four nights and we left the very next day. Contacted management with our concerns and got a response but no offer for any type of refund.
