Diese 565 Quadratmeter 1 Schlafzimmer, 1 Badezimmer Wohnung bietet Platz für vier Personen und verfügt über einen privaten Balkon mit herrlichem Blick auf die Piste. Sie sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von der Hochgeschwindigkeits-Gondelbahn entfernt und befinden sich außerhalb des Herzens von River Run Village, sodass Sie in der Nähe von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Festivals sind.

Der Eingangsbereich hat über den Haken montierte Kuben und eine Bank, auf der Sie bequem den ganzen Tag über kommen und gehen können. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über einen Flachbild-TV über einem schönen Gaskamin und ein Queensize-Schlafsofa. Zusätzliche Bettwäsche und Decken befinden sich in einem Schrank. Der Essbereich bietet bequem Platz für fünf Personen. Das Badezimmer befindet sich direkt neben dem Wohnbereich und verfügt über eine Kombination aus Sockelwaschbecken und Dusche / Badewanne. Great Trip

This unit was exactly what we expected. It was clean, comfortable, had a good view of the slopes and was a great location (short walk to gondola and village. The building itself was well maintained and quiet even on New Year's Eve. Was also nice to have indoor parking in the garage. Will definitely be back.

Midweek ski trip

Good location and parking garage. Well equipped, clean condo with plenty of hooks and storage. Construction out the front window started at 7AM. That was our only complaint. Checked skis overnight at gondola for an easy walk to ski each morning. We would definitely stay again!

Weekend Trip

Overall, we liked the location, as we were able to walk to Keystone Village as needed and it was within a reasonable driving range of the activities we wanted to do. In terms of the unit itself, the dishwasher needs to be replaced, as it is outdated and did not work when we tried to run it before we left. The curtains leading out to the balcony seem to be missing a panel and they were falling off the rods. Finally, the windows in the living area wouldn’t close and the red couch was heavily stained. The bedroom and the bathroom were fine and we appreciated the fan.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice property management and mountain town for a quick getaway. Unfortunately, the 1 bedroom condo was a bit worn. It needs kitchen updating as the microwave is cracked and the other appliances are dated. The shower was cold water and half of the batchroom lights were out(shower dark). Then the property hot tub and the pool were cold and the steam room/sauna was out of order. Last the fitness center doesn't open until 8:00 am.

We are guest oriented, and we offer the following when you rent with us: hassle-free check-in and keycard pick-up, a generous supply of towels and an initial supply of consumables for your stay. We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company. VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance.
